I'm not really the type to go back to the store if they forget to put my order in the bag(Especially when its completely out of my way). I'm the type to leave a review based on service. I ordered a 5 piece spicy tender meal ($11+) and when I get home its not in the bag. Do we really have to start sitting there at the window and spend an extra 5 minutes to go through our stuff?
The food is good but that’s the extent of the positive attributes. In terms of customer service and cleanliness it falls extremely short. The parking setup is bad as there are cars backed out into the main road. It’s no Chick-fil-a. The cashiers have been more helpful than the manager when it came to resolving an issue I once had. If the food didn’t taste so good, I wouldn’t go there at all. So when I go there I never have high expectations. I would love to be proven wrong and have a great experience but that’s not happened so far.
I wonder how many of the 5 star reviews are legit, seeing as they don’t mention anything helpful. This location is consistently awful at everything.Horrible slow drive thru- expect an hour long wait if the long is past the door. Chicken was cold, how in the world is the line so slow of the chicken isn’t even being cooked fresh?They almost ALWAYS forget something in the order. Check your order before leaving and hold them accountable. Check the amount of chicken you ordered. Check to see if your tenders are either mild or spicy. They just grab whatever they have already made, regardless of what you order. Two times I have gotten mild when I ordered spicy, and they’ve MIXED spicy and mild a few times too!!! They were out of medium / large cups today and were happy to let us go without giving us any drinks that we paid for, but we got them after asking for them multiple times.Tip- order via DoorDash so you can get a refund on missing items if they miss anything or get lazy and give you mild instead of spicy chicken.There are only a few restaurants in the Manassas area that are this bad, and this one is possibly the worst.
There was a really big line. I didn't get the side order I ordered. Plus the food was cold.Update: went back after a long while to give it another chance. The place wasn't busy. I ordered my meal mild. Only one piece of chicken was mild the others were spicy. The food tasted horrible and the price is ridiculously high. Won't be going back for a very long time if ever.
They have a bad attitude with bad service. You have to wait for a long long time. The manager he just walking front of the register and asking nothing to anyone. No one care until the line goes long. The higher management should do something about this store. They are not nice people. The manager is absolutely not friendly don’t talk to people that much where the manager should be the one to show how it’s done. They are rude pls don’t come here. If you have a lot of time then sure.
Order was correct and food was hot but the drive thru line wait was ridiculous. Fix that and the rating goes to 5 stars.
Seems to be under new supervision. Great tasting fresh food, good prices and ample dine in parking . Drive through is still fairly long, so I recommend in store pick up.
The food wasn't worth the prices they charge. I had a coupon for a free two picece dinner. I wanted breast and they charged me $2 upcharge fee for each piece.
Chicken was dry and tasteless. Not enough spices to even be called mild. Sauces, which probably every person wants to flavor this tasteless chicken, is now $.50 a piece. Not worth the money anymore. A shame...
I have been going to this location for a long time and it's only gotten worst.Went to drive thru today got the family meal.The chicken was cold and dry and the 2 lg red beans were only half full.The food quality has been lacking for some time now. And paying close to $5 for a lg side and the container is only 1/2 full then you're cheating me your loyal customer. The managers don't know how to handle customer complains from my past experiences so its no use talking to them. I your loyal customer will take my business elsewhere.
