Today was the first time visiting this restaurant. The pizza and wings are good but the service deserves less than 1 star. I ordered the combo pizza and 16 wings. My wife loves BBQ wings and I love Buffalo wings, for some reason they said they can't do 8 BBQ and 8 Buffalo. Then I ordered the 16 BBQ, the BBQ sauce doesn't look like BBQ and taste like something else. I am not sure what it was but I had some BBQ sauce at home to save the day.Being my first time in the restaurant I wasn't familiar with the menu and the guy in the front was rushing me to order. He didn't even ask if I want toppings on my pizza or if I want a drink or something else.
Good food, fast delivery, got everything we ordered.Very happy to see a variety of options and they delivered to our hotel.
Pizza and garlic bread was extremely cold, flavor was bland. The slices were not even cut probably.Little disappointed, as this is the first time we have ordered here.

This has been the 5th time ordering here, asked for extra sauce on my pizza every time. All the past times have been great. However, this time I was given an overdone dry pizza, no sauce to be seen, and a hint of cheese. It wasn't overdone because they left it in for too long, it was overdone because it had no sauce for moisture and a small amount of cheese. Because it was so dry, it came cold. I ordered this on a delivery service app which reached out to the restaurant and they said this is how their pizza always is which is a lie. I've ordered here before and have been given pizzas that are nothing like that, they usually come with extra sauce and a decent amount of cheese, but not this time. If this is how your pizza usually is, then why so much inconsistency with what you deliver?

Very friendly service. I called to place a pickup order (couldn't get the online order to work).You can tell that all the meats were cooked fresh. Ordered a couple different items, everything was amazing! Chicken wings, lamb kabob & gyro salad.I will absolutely be ordering from Pizza Time again!
