I ordered pizza and wings on a Friday night like I do almost every Friday lately. The pizza is almost always good. Sometimes when I get it delivered it’s cold though. Last time I picked it up and they were swamped and the poor kid was alone from what I could see but he still did a great job waiting on me and the pizza was good. They really need more help at that Pizza Hut.
Got my order wrong, tried to charge regular price for taste maker special ($20 more) and took 30 minutes to get someone on the phone to fix the problem, which was not fixed. The manager tried to play " let's make a deal"?! His call center wasn't aware that this Sudley Rd restaurant doesn't offer that special and instead of honoring it he tried to knock of a few dollars and compromise... I'm not going to pay 10dollars more than I was told it would cost 31$, and they wanted $52. He offered to charge me $41. Wow... when I said no thank you, he said ok. No food for you. Lol. Hed prefer to lose the food and lose a customer over honoring the price I was given when I ordered. I'm a business owner, and I certainly wouldn't treat a customer like this. My mistake, my problem. no more pizza from Manassas, vA , Sudley Rd store. ?
We normally have no issues with our ordes from this Pizza Hut, until last night. We ordered two pizzas, breadsticks, and apple pies for delivery. One pizza and the breadsticks were fine. The second pizza was not at all what we ordered. We ordered a large pan crust meat lovers. What we got was original crust pepperoni, sausage, bell pepper, onion, and olive. We got our apple pies but they were horrible quality. The cinnamon sugar coating had turned to syrup and the pies were all either broken mush or tough and chewy. When I called the store they took my number and said they would see what they could do to make it right, but I never heard back from them. They didn’t ask if I could/would eat the pizza I had received or if I needed a replacement and even after their “spoke to their manager” no offers of immediate correction for the pizza were offered. I wasn’t demanding immediate satisfaction as we would at least eat the pizza we received even if it wasn’t what we ordered but it’s just bad customer service to drop the ball like that.
The food here is always hot and fresh, and the staff is pleasant and efficient!

No. I picked curbside pizza was supposed to ready at 625 pm. At 615 we clicked the emIl link saying we were in the designated spot at 635 we tried to call. Someone picked up phone and put on hold. Tried from different cell phone. Same deal. Went in pizza is on counter employee stated its to busy to walk it out and i should under stand that.. Stated no one hangs up phone i called it in fron of him and guess what happened.I now have a cold pizza. What a waste of 18 buck and change and 45 min of my lifeThanks pizza hut manassas
I ordered the pizza and it said 27-37 minutes. It took over an hour and a half and it was cold. My three year old had to wait an hour and a half for dinner and almost went to bed without it. I live less than two miles from the restaurant!!!!! Why was my pizza cold? Why did it take an hour after he left the restaurant for the driver to deliver my pizza?
Make the pizza better last time I order it was a whole mess the cheese was falling of the bread of the pizza thats messy and nasty
Was refused service because “truck drivers are against our safety policy”. I wonder if the Pizza Hut truckers that deliver their product know how low they think of them if that’s how they’re treated.
