This location constantly “loses” orders placed. The third time this happened, I had placed it online. The status said it was ready for pick up, so I go to the drive through, and the order is not found. They tell me the machine there is broken, that I have to park and go inside to place a new order. I do that, only to be left waiting at the cash register for several minutes. Nobody acknowledged me or offered to take my order. Having kids to feed at the moment I had to leave and find a different option. I don’t plan to go here again and I don’t recommend it either. The service is constantly horrible.
Worst experience ever I ordered my pizza at 7 and it’s 11 and the I called at 9 and they said they had no drivers but the pizza will be there shortly but it never came and then i called again at 10:30 and they said it will be there in 15 but it never came so i called again and they said they don’t have the pizza even tho I ordered it and they kept saying they do have it and it was coming, the employer said that they had a lot of drivers so it just doesn’t make sense. When I called to asked them the employees didn’t know anything and they called the manger and she didn't know anything either and hung up on me no explanation. Over all worse place to order
This place does a really good job. Their pizzas always come out exactly as I expect: hot, tasty, and delicious. But they employees there area also super friendly. Whenever I go to the drive thru everyone in the store always smiles and waves at me. I haven't tried delivery, but I might. I live a little ways away from the store though. Anyway, I love these guys. Try them out!
My order was delivered in 20 minutes. Pizza and wings were perfect and hot. Thank you!
Was excited to try the new spicy lovers pizza and I don’t normally eat pizza from Pizza Hut just because it can cost more than other franchises but I figured I’d try it out. Unfortunately the location I ordered from let me down (pictures for reference). I don’t think I will be ordering from this location again and not based just off the presentation of the pizza but even the taste was sub par at best. 2 stars is a generous amount for the experience I personally had.
Forgot to give me my 2 liter diet pepsi and 8 piece boneless wings (used reward points). I called to address the missing items and the manager said he could not do anything and that I would have to call the complaint line. He offered to transfer me but I just waited for 5 minutes on hold. I had to hang up and locate the number to file a complaint. Now I have to wait to hear back from corporate.UPDATE: Call received by store manager. Gave a credit of $13.00 to be used in one month to cover the missing items.
This is one of the worst pizza I ever ate in my life till this date. First they messed up my order but then I called the restaurant and they fixed it by sending the correct pizza which I appreciate it. The bread/crust was half cooked and I was literally chewing it hard eso I could just eat it. I have tried Dominos, Papa John and many other pizzas but Pizza hut is not even close to them. Even the quantity of marinara sauce they applied was for namesake. Buffalo wings and Quepapas tasted average. I will not recommend pizza hut anyone.
App was easy to use. We were able to get order from the Drive-thru window, that was great!
There was literally two women working the Kitchen, answering phones, taking orders and serving guests. They were slammed with orders and I still got my food exactly when they said I would 20mins after I ordered. Savages, both women are straight savages and that owner is lucky to have them.
The food is good... and it should be since they do not honor almost any deal from the franchise (aside from ones that are absurdly expensive or that give so much food it can feed a a family of 5+).I asked once why they don't honor coupons. "We don't get as much business as we want." The irony was not lost on me... you do not offer coupons because you want more business and you don't get business because you don't support franchise deals and pricing. No $11 3 topping large here. You might be able to get it for $15... but only if you tell them "Yes. I want the same product for the coupon price, not full price." If you don't... expect to pay full price for that pizza. Customers who figure out what happened after the fact are sure to not feel jaded and therefore come back... right?
