It was our first time trying this place on a weekday after work, and though we've only been once, we're already looking forward to going back. We've gone to the same pho place for years, and since recently moving back to the area, we decided to try as many new places as possible. It's a clean, casual yet swanky place, and the foods we tried so far (including pho, of course) are flavorful, fresh, the portions are generous and the prices are great (please keep your prices where they are! ??). And of course, they are set up efficiently for pickup orders too. Also, I'm not sure why people in the reviews expect restaurant staff to tap dance all the time - the staff were friendly and accommodating enough. It's a casual, probably family-run eatery. Relax, the customer service is fine. I highly recommend this restaurant!

This place use to be one of my husbands and I favorite places to go on date night on the weekend and unfortunately that all changed when I found out that Cindy the owner of the business exchanged numbers with my husband knowing that he was a married man and had a family and wife at home and that did not stop her from still entertaining the situation I know she is not all at fault but when she asked if he was married and he told her yes then it should have stopped now they are buying gifts for each other frequent visits and him even going to her home I mean is that the way be professional on top of all of that while she smile in my face like she's doing nothing wrong and now in love with him . I choose not to go there because my husband is leaving me for her so I guess you have great customer service skills Cindy but please know if he would leave me for you he will leave you for the next person great way to keep your regulars coming back but if the soup doesn't work I guess sleeping with him will

The short of it is that the Pho is the best/legit thing we ordered, all else was Americanized and service is minimal.Order: edamame, viet egg rolls, chicken teriyaki with rice/salad, grilled chicken rice, veggies, and pho. Except the pho, everything tasted unauthentic and Americanized which was surprisingly disappointing.I know it's tough out there in the restaurant industry but it seemed like the staff was lifeless, not mean, not rude, not happy, not attentive. Just minimal. I feel for them. They definitely have a lot of take out orders which is great to keep their business running

Good tasting soup. The egg rolls tasted like they were store bought from frozen but didn't taste terrible. The menu is large but there are TWO pages of smoothies and I'm not sure why the emphasis is on smoothies! The name on the front is "Pho", not "Smoothie" Char. I'll go back and try just a smoothie next time to see what all the hype is about but will probably go to another Pho place for the soup.

The Pho here is great! Their large bowl is legitimately large. I love how much broth they give you in the large bowl, it helps keep the Pho piping hot while you eat. The place was quite busy and they had non-stop takeout/delivery orders being filled. Due to that, the service is slow. They are slammed with dine in and takeout orders and are short-staffed. Be prepared to wait a while for your food if you dine in. This is my new go-to spot for Pho in the Manassas/Woodbridge area.

Very fresh and fast service. Food is best around.

Ate here for the first time and my husband and I were both impressed with the vegetable soup. Huge bowl. The veggies and broth were really good and fresh. The server was nice, and next time, I would like a smoothie. They made a lot of them as we were eating. Seems to be a popular place. There were a lot of takeout orders. Will definitely be back. My husband was tired from shoveling ice, and the soup helped him feel better. It's very convenient to our doctors' office and PT.

I love the food here but reception should improve and make sure orders are fully ready when notified as so.

10 bucks for delicious pho? Heck yeah! Sign me up! Lol. BUT be prepared to receive very passive service. :( The people that work here don't have an ounce of warmth or politeness. I wish they would try to be a bit more pleasant. Also, the vegan soup could use a few more pieces of tofu. Still gave it 5 stars though... because of the low price point and how tasty the soup was. Worth a try if you're in the area.
