Haven't had a Papa Johns pizza since the original Papa John was asked to leave the company. So I thought I would order a pizza and chill on this chilly Friday night. Ordered a large mushroom w/ extra cheese and an order of cheese bread sticks. I mean this when I say this, it was the stupidest thing I could of ever spent $40 on. This was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life!! It tasted like it was raw, definitely no flavor. The pizza was drowning in sauce and it was under cooked. Tony's Pizzeria, forgive me for wanted to try something different but I swear to you I will never order Papa Johns again. I mean, who would ever think you could eat pizza that had no taste?Signed,Very disappointed
How are you gonna make someone pay that much, wait OVER an hour for their pizza(which was said to take 30-40 minutes, but just the tracking section where it said "preparing" took more than that), then deliver it so cold I have to warm it up in the oven? Maybe y'all are busy right now, I'm not sure. Regardless, that was kinda ridiculous. Not so much as a notification that it would be late or an update to the estimated time, then(as I said) it shows up FREEZING COLD. I'm sorry. I'm just hangry, and waiting for my pizza to warm up.
Ordered pizza and Papadia, asking for ranch on the side. They send us Garlic dipping sauce.# Called and requested for crushed pepper, asked driver while delivering the pizza, he said it should be in the box. There is NO CRUSHED PEPPER.
Horrible service. I placed an order for delivery, and after 60 mins had pasted i decided to call and get a status update. The guy who answered the phone couldn't have cared less, and told me it would be there in 5 mins... I didn't receive my order for another 30mins, and when it did arrive it was cold and wasn't even cut.. super disappointed.. will never order from here again..
Yes my favorite Philly Cheese Steak, came much delicious. I was a little shy in away on reviews i read. But, i dove in & this one is close to me. Also, the lady i spoke with understood my Southern slang, lol. The time i ordered & the delivery on a Thursday, was very

They make my food really good and they have awesome customer service. Papa John's makes really good pizza and their wings are good too. They always deliver and a good amount of time. But hands-down the customer service is number one
I have not ordered Papa John's in sometime, and by sometime I mean a few years. My previous experiences had been pretty crummy so I left the brand alone.So I decided to order two pizzas to see what had changed over the years through all the controversy.Overall the pizzas were what you would expect, my only gripe would be of the toppings could be a bit more evenly distributed.The driver was absolutely awesome and thoughtful. Instead of putting the pizza straight on the ground like so many other places do. He used his delivery bag as a tray. They were also super friendly from a distance. One of the best delivery people we have dealt with in this community. We are not saying this to stroke egos, this person was absolutely professional and intuitive.if you want moderately-priced delivery pizza that's reliable to the semi small menu.Also the spicy garlic sauce is not bad too.
