Love this location. Easily some of the best customer service I've ever had from a food chain, and probably even more broadly than that. While they may make minor mistakes with my delivery orders from time to time, particularly at peak hours, it's generally never something major or unforgiveable. When something does go wrong though, like a missing item (or half of an item), they are always supremely willing to go the distance to make it right, even if it's not their fault (like a dasher forgetting to give us something and vanishing into the night). Absolute champions.
The Panera Bread in Manassas #713 Sudley Rd. had gone down hill tremendously in customer service and the dining. The server who took my order/take out got my order wrong. I returned the order, the new server apologized for the error, however the Store Manager on site 04/23/2022 around 4:10 pm didn't even say any apologies, fixed my correct order and just tossed the bag on the counter said nothing....so I will not be patronizing that Panera Bread in the future.
The service at this location was FANTASTIC - even despite how busy they were. A whole girl's youth soccer team was in there at the same time we were and we still received our food so quickly. My family and I even commented on how the manager was clearing tables, making food, etc. alongside all of the associates. We own a small family business and it's so refreshing to see management that works alongside their employees and doesn't just delegate!
Thanks for the wonderful cheddar broccoli soup and the special dessert gift of the scones !! The fireside table for a late quick dinner was just perfect !
I came into Panera bread this morning. The level of customer service it treacherous. Its apparent they are shedding money left and right. I paid $14 for a half a sandwhich and bowl of chili. I didnt get a cup when i ordered immediately so i asked for one. Everyone saw me order abd pay yet when it came time for me to come back and get a cup i was interrogated. I asked the line to place some cheese on my soup. The lady damn near had a stroke. She tried to hand me a slice of cheese. I specifically asked for shredded cheese. The manager came right over with ultimate customer service. Everyone else appears to hate their jobs. I cant stand abysmal customer service. This is unacceptable for a company i spent $30 daily with my staff. Ive completely lost my appetite.
Meals were great and the service was right on the money. It made for a very easy afternoon with a tasty salad and a scrumptious bread bowl. Plenty of parking out front but if you want to get back on the road go back to the main access entrance, leaving out the side access road is more than difficult.

The manager Eddy provided an outstanding customer service after I called about an issue with my order. He went above and beyond to make up for the mistake. Keep up the great work Eddy! You are the reason for this Panera earning a 5 star review.
Management is great here, keep up the good work folks. I appreciate their care and willingness to help their guests out. Causal atmosphere with good music choices! Happy holidays ?
