Super bad staff and super worst service I called them for ordered at 8:30, PM exact 30 min ago but they haven't answered my call single time when I reached at 9:01 pm they said they closed when I requested that am trying them to reach i was told they are busyLast time when I ordered Mac and cheese they forgotten to tell me they are out of buggette and previously accidently they pack chicken ? now am canceling my future order of catering with then I never recommended to anyone spl for manassas and sudly road manasas they suck.. Love the French baguette! It's very tough to bite into, but a nice workout for your jaws nonetheless. So yummy. This location is clean and the workers are courteous.

We had a pick-up order at 8pm and we all got sick afterwards. I believe they gave us the left over bad food at the end of the day. I hope someone sees this and pays attention to their food quality. By the way this place wasnt like this before. Its recently that they started going downhill. I dont what in the world they did inside.
Got rid of most of their menu choices, deserts varely exist, gave us stale bread (like a rock).Too expensive for what theyve become.
Their Mac and cheese sandwich is flavorless. They also took the lemonade machine down at least an hour before close. I get having to clean things but that’s way too early.
The Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich, as served!! I ordered pick up and was very disappointed when I got home and opened up the wrapper, looks nothing like the menu pic. This is pathetic! Panera continues to go downhill in quality and value. I used to frequent Panera but not anymore.

High prices, tiny portions and close way too early. 9pm, what is this, Mayberry? Penny pinchers don't even give you a decent pickle slice anymore.
Very clean restaurant, delicious hot soup and fresh salad.
