The food here has always been fresh & tasty.All of the employees are very pleasant, they hire the right people here.There’s an employee here by the name of KJ who just makes the experience even better, you almost want to go here just to see him if you’re having a bad day. Lol, no seriously he’s that pleasant, he has a very sweet, accommodating, very happy, and genuine personality that is just contagious. Just wow, from o-100 , i would give him a 1000 stars… i would. Thank you so much KJ.I’ve been visiting this location for years and have always had a pleasant experience with a packed plate wether delivery or pickup.Con:In recent times they have started putting way too much cabbage in the chow mein.
Rivina provided amazing customer service this evening. We didn’t want to cook after a long trip and we went in after they had closed. Rivina was amazing and let us still purchase a family meal and stayed late to serve us.Food at this location is always top notch of all the different Panda Express locations I’ve been too.But great location, great customer service, and good food. Good job Rivina you provide great service !
Always great quality and speed, even when having to wait a few minutes for a fresh batch of food. The family meal is a great new addition.
I would have given it a 5-star if they had given the sauces I asked for ??♂️
If i could put zero starts i would. An employee was cooking the chow mein, as i was watching the employee decided to run their bare hand along the rim of the wok pan to put the overflow of noodles into the serving pan. I am highly disturbed of what i witnessed. The real question is...every-time it overflows is this what's done?

I would say most of the one star reviews here are about coming in an hour before or after closing/opening and expect perfection, however, if you haven't worked retail you wouldn't really understand the workers actions. Stop normalizing going above and beyond for the customer, it's not even worth what their likely being paid. The workers here are already doing their jobs exceptionally well. Especially KJ who served us.
Got to love consistency + great customer service. I love this place. It is well managed with employees that love assisting to give us the food we love.This place is consistently delicious. The food is on point and very quick. As it should be. I always get the orange chicken haha. The new almond chicken is very good and crunchy!
Orange chicken is always delicious and the dining room is open again which makes me very happy!
