Paisano's is having DoorDash do their deliveries now! I do not like that! If I wanted DoorDash to deliver I would have used their app. And I Didn't ask for No Contact Delivery either, but driver knocked & left food on the floor. I tipped well; I don't want to pick up my food from the doormat. I expect the driver to hand me the food and say THANK YOU!Plus, they didn't follow directions & went to the wrong door, brought two napkins & no forks when my order was two salads & a sandwich. And don't EVEN Ask about my salad; the Buffalo Chicken in my salad was not spicy Or crispy!
I have been ordering Pizza from here for over 5 months every Friday. Tonight, I was told that it would take an hour to deliver, which is what I am told every time I order. Pizza arrived an hour and a half later and it was cold, not even warm. I called to let them know and the manager was indifferent, saying they did not have enough drivers. If I was told that when I was ordering, I would have gone to Pizza Hut. Not even an attempt to give a credit or anything. Needless to say this is my last time ordering from this place.
Do NOT order from here. My husband ordered a sandwich & specifically asked for it to be plain. We then waited 45 min for our food & his sandwich was not plain. They were going to send another sandwich but that would have taken another 45 min. So here we, my husband is eating a hot dog for dinner because of the hassle. I would give negative stars but that is not an option. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!
Saturday I ordered from The manassas Va location ,1 pizza and 16 wings $49.89. I used to order from here all the time. That will be the last time I order. Not add most of the people that answer the phone are rude no customer service skills at all and if you ask about any specials they never explained correctly or very rushed!
From what I recall this place took orders all the way until 959 I was told very rudely at 954 by the young lady I guess the manager that they were closed when the hours clearly said till 10 very unprofessional
I really enjoy coming to this location. Esp Nate always a great interaction! Nate and mozzarella sticks keep me coming back lol
The tiramisu was the absolute best thing I have ever eaten.
Sandwich was wrong and called the store to have it corrected Nate the shift leader on duty try to change me for another sandwich. Would never order from them again
This place always gets your order wrong, food is okay (when you receive it) but the customer service is terrible. Definitely wont be ordering from here again that's for sure
Great customer service. People speak to you over the phone with politeness. Delivery is always on time. The Gentleman delivering is always nice and brings the food nice and hot.
