Honestly the food is usually the same consistency. But service is not.I'm usually not to type to leave a review for Olive Garden but I had to make sure I recognized literally the best server I have ever came across at any olive garden.Today was the first time my wife and I had the opportunity to have KETTY as our server and must I say we were blown away with the quality of service she provided us.She has great energy and is very polite. The resturant was pretty busy when we came in and she still managed to take care of her other tables as well as check if we needed anything throughout our meal.The service Ketty provided us was exceptional and I really hope she is able to serve us again when we come back. I may even request her .MANAGEMENT: PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE HER GREAT SERVICE AND TAKE GOOD CARE OF HER. PEOPLE LIKE KETTY ARE VERY HARD TO COME BY!
We were seated right away the hostess was very friendly. Our waitress came right to us and took our drink orders. She brought our drinks and a short time later brought our endless salad we ordered our entires and when they came they were delicious hot seasoned great just great food. Let’s not forget to say that our waitress was very friendly and sweet. The price was reasonable for the amount of food we got. Atmosphere was great. Would definitely come back. I love Olive Garden we don’t have one where we live.
Food was great! Service was great! Checking out with party of 11 and 2 toddlers, a Disaster. The kiosk broke down the manager kept taking our server that knew our order to another party. Yes it was crowded after a graduation. But why move the server that knows the order when my party was ready to checkout. 45 minutes later we are waiting for our checks. The manager told us to figure out our bills. Then finally he gets our server God bless him. Cory was great!! We are still here waiting on the separate bills. Help!! 5 stars for Cory.
My wife and I went for dinner at OG in Manassas, VA last night. We were seated immediately at a table where only 1 person could sit. I asked for a better table where both can sit and we moved. A gracious waitress greeted us and we ordered Calamari Apetizer and hot water until we were ready with the entrees. We were given silverware and mine was filthy with stains all over. Unsanitary serving. I showed it to the waitress who took that away but did not get another set until after I had to use my hand to eat the Calamari appetizer. Calamari was too dry and appeared cooked 2 days before. We ate only half and sent the other half back. Just before the salad and the breadsticks came I was offered another filthy set of silverware. I informed the waitress that it is COVID19 time and there service has to be sanitized. She apologized and sent a guy manager who offered a silverware set but I was given a cleaned 3rd set. I mentioned to the guy manager how unsanitized they were to which he said it is the soap. I said get the dishwasher fixed as it is COVID19. The stains were not soap. Instead of an apology he was defensive with reasons. Our food entree's were horrible as well and we could not eat without any I mprovising of the food. So, we did not eat and instead brought them home to rebook to eat as we were also charged the full price for our meal.I wish I can post the pics here for everyone to see but you won't allow such.
Everyone e at this Olive Garden were nice and Friendly from the time you walk in. Our server was very friendly a little more talkative then I like. I got my appetizer at the end of my meal. He forgot to put it in . He was apologetic and offered to get a manager to remove from my bill but he was so nice I told him don't worry about it.
The food is fine. The service leaves a lot to be desired. I have ordered pick up from them multiple times. They have never been on time and rarely get the order correct. Check your order before you leave.
Check no 54273I am a regular customer here. I never had any problem before but today we experienced the worst customer service. Our Server did not greet us properly, did not provide the bread sticks and when we asked about it he just said it just slipped through his mind. He just left the receipt at our table with out a word of communication. It seemed like he just didn't care.
Great service aside of the fact that the friends next to us paid our bill. Fantastic dinner, great service. Couldn't as for anything more!
I haven’t been to Olive Garden in ages and it did not let me down! The lunch special was $9.99 for shrimp scampi. That included soup and salad! I left there so full and had to get a to-go box for dinner. Service was excellent! Jennifer was a wonderful server and extremely helpful when we were selecting our meals. She offered suggestions and brought us a few Andes candies at the end.
I honestly really didnt have an issue here until tonight. Been here plenty of times, but tonight really warranted this; I had dinner with my in laws here (their first visit to this restaurant location)Our waiter, though very kind, was WAY too fast paced. Normally that is 100% fine and sometimes expected by patrons, however- he spilled our soup on all of our salad plates, and on my husband, he also poured scalding (I wont say boiled but man it felt like it) all over my hands to a point of blistering. *photo is attached*They also ran out of both dishes my husband had wanted : a dinner and a dessertI plan on calling the manager tomorrow, I have a newborn and just wanted to go home and tend to my burns. I dont expect anything, however, they need to slow down. I hope our waiter learned his lesson; swift doesnt work if you arent thorough.I'm a level headed person so I am not mad, however, pouring scaling hit water, after spilling soup, on us... not okay.Will update post conversation with manager.Edit 2/8/22:Mr. Phillips is the GM for this location and reached put to me directly. Very kind, generous and attentive. He took care of my family appropriately and I look forward to giving this restuarant another try. I just hope that the team gets the ability to slow down soon!
