They have no idea how to do online orders. I order online for pick-up and arrive within the estimated wait time. It wasn't until 10 minutes past the latest time given before I ask where my order is because it wasn't in the pick-up shelves, which instead appeared to store cleaning supplies instead. I was told to instead go through the line, defeating the entire point of ordering online. No guarantee of even getting your order made. They shouldn't take online orders if they literally aren't going to make them.
I've always had great experiences here, but today I went in just to get a bowl of queso and chips. Every time I've gotten this in the past, they give me a white bag full of chips with the queso. They handed me a small brown bag today with less than 20 chips in it. I asked "Doesn't queso come with chips?" and the employee said yes and pointed to the bag. How are multiple people supposed to eat this when it comes with less than a handful of broken chips? Why is "bottomless chips" advertised when a to-go order doesn't even come with enough to feed 2 people?
I like Moe's restaurant. This one is close to my house and the staff is really friendly and very good at what they do.
I came in first thing in the morning and had a tray of nachos to go. The food tasted amazing, and I would totally order it again. The only thing that could be better is the chips. The nacho chips were soggy when I drove home to eat them. I would recommend eating the nachos in-store. The restaurant was decently clean, as you can see from the photos, but not spotless. They opened on time, and were very friendly and seemed to be happy to be there. I love this location and I plan to come back more.
Pretty good burritos, but the staff is hit or miss with their masks, so please be careful if you go inside. I'd hate for anyone to die slowly of asphyxiation for a little queso and guac.
Eat here at your own risk!!! I ate at this restaurant and got food poisoning. I spoke with the manager and he agreed to refund my money. After 2 weeks of noticing that the charge was still there I called back and spoke with a "new manager" who acted clueless to my situation. He also said that he would refund me and it never happened. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for my refund.
The employees were cursing and saying the N word when they aren’t black
My burrito was about half the size that it usually is. The guy fixing it skimped on every ingredient I asked for. The soda machine was out of nearly half its normal drinks. I also noticed the chips were drier than normal, almost stale. This location could use some help.
I have no complaints
I stopped by Moe’s Southwest Grill for dinner on a busy Saturday night. The restaurant is located in a small strip mall right off Route 29 just north of Manassas. The dining room is very small with low ceilings and brown walls. The tables were all set up as tables for two. There was a small bar in the center of the restaurant that had a jukebox and a few stools. There was a very long wall along the right side of the restaurant with a few TVs on it. There was a small patio area outside that has tables, chairs, and a couple of umbrellas with the restaurant name written on them.Moe’s Southwest Grill is an upscale casual dining restaurant that is famous for its Southwestern cuisine. The restaurant is known for its down-home atmosphere with service that is friendly and genuine. Most of the food is served in a traditional Southwest style. This is done by using a variety of fresh ingredients, making it a meal to remember. When you think of 'restaurant review' you think of an objective food critic who has eaten at many different restaurants and is able to critique the food on a level playing field. This is not that. We are not food critics. We are full-time employees of a single restaurant chain. We are very biased. We're not going to pretend that we're not.
