McDonald's for the win,Few days ago my wife landed DCA airport and she texted me hungry and it was 12am . Definitely not a lot of options @ 12am so I went to McDonald's and got spicy chicken sandwich and some chicken Nuggets. Everything tasted really good my wife was very happy to have some food to eat. I will definitely will be back soon.
Pulled in drive through the guy befor me sat for 7 minutes before his order was taken.The sassy girl in the speaker took my orderSaid they didn't take mobile pay just apple pay.I paid with Google pay so that was bs.Wow who would expect to be lied to in the drive through. Overall peaking into the store, oof all I can say is a district manger needs to come in and fix the problems.
This place was nasty. I decided to NOT eat here. The bathroom was in horrid shape and the lobby was not friendly at all. They had tables blocked off with what appeared to be construction wire. The parking lot was out of shape the places where you could mobile order from were missing signs. I recommend find another place to eat even if you're starving!
Dont get mcflurries here. Their manager stated they don't have the machine for it. Ordered a shamrock mcflurrie and I got vanilla ice cream with green syrup on top and a couple of orero cookies. The manager caught an attitude when I asked for a refund.
I placed two mobile orders, but the restaurant was out of lettuce, we were never notified and they gave us the food. When I complained, one of the people working there (never introduced herself) was very rude and unprofessional took the food from my hand and throw it out and told me there is nothing she can do and to call a number she provided. I called the number and opened a ticket and was told that someone will contact me. Few days later, nobody called. I called the restaurant and they told me that the manager will reach out to me the following day. Nobody called again. Couple days later, I called again and the same person from that day picked up the phone and told me that she was the one I spoke with that day. I told her that I didnt want to talk to her as she was very rude and unprofessional. Her response: I am always professional and that I need to stop calling asking for my money back and that I am a LIAR. I got upset for calling me a liar so she hang up on me. I tried calling back but it just kept saying line is busy. There is not acceptable or professional. Still haven’t received my money back. They just stole the money and never got the food and there is no one to talk to.
I went to that McDonalds and the ladies at the speaker and window gave me attitude. My food was also given to me all messy and it looked like they just threw my food in my bag. The lady forgot a lot of my order too. I looked into my food and the nuggets were over cooked and had hairs stuck on the nuggets. There was also a really bad aftertaste. Extremely disappointing.
I went there earlier today and got a combo meal and ordered extra fries, they forgot my extra fries and told us to go through the drive through again and they through the food in the bag. The nuggets were already open
I ordered through the drive through. I pull up they hand me the wrong drink and wrong food. The girl didn't apologize. I really received poor service that night. I hope if I go there again they have better staff working.
I ordered a combo and the fries they gave me were half raw. Waste of $8. You’re better off going to Taco Bell or Wendy’s.
Horrible services I order food and they missing items and I call and they told me to pick up and when I was there they give me another wrong order two time they mistake what’s going ? They need better people there
