There's at least one problem almost every time I go here. Heres today's problem:-you couldn't understand the guy that took the order-he was asked to put the order on the screen-he didnt give the coke we asked for-he didn't give the 1/2 1/2 tea we asked for-we asked for a spicy chicken sandwich,and asked what's on it, he said just the chicken and a bun.we said "OK cuz we just want it plain" he said OK. It had pickles and cheese on it.-my filet o fish had target sauce and I said no tarter sauce.After repeating everything 3 times, we asked him to repeat the order back to us..2-3 times...he did..but that's not what we got and its not what's on the receipt.Very bad service.Very unprofessional.I called that mcdonalds, and that guy answered,I asked for the manager, he said "I am the manager" so I said OK bye
We ordered here today & clearly said 20 piece nugget. 2 small fries 2 caramel sundaes. Tell me why when we got to the window they are handing us 2 caramel frappe?? My dad says that is not what I ordered and I do not want it. The manager comes to us tells well the order was repeated and you confirmed. Seriously?? Since when do you tell the customer his wrong. My dad ended up just asking for a refund. The manager also said well we repeat orders back so there is no confusion and we keep the line going. Wow. Rude much.

I placed two mobile orders, but the restaurant was out of lettuce, we were never notified and they gave us the food. When I complained, one of the people working there (never introduced herself) was very rude and unprofessional took the food from my hand and throw it out and told me there is nothing she can do and to call a number she provided. I called the number and opened a ticket and was told that someone will contact me. Few days later, nobody called. I called the restaurant and they told me that the manager will reach out to me the following day. Nobody called again. Couple days later, I called again and the same person from that day picked up the phone and told me that she was the one I spoke with that day. I told her that I didnt want to talk to her as she was very rude and unprofessional. Her response: I am always professional and that I need to stop calling asking for my money back and that I am a LIAR. I got upset for calling me a liar so she hang up on me. I tried calling back but it just kept saying line is busy. There is not acceptable or professional. Still haven’t received my money back. They just stole the money and never got the food and there is no one to talk to.
I just had a curbside order food was delicious as always and the staff in this branch have a very excellent customer service they always greet people good morning
The nuggets were stale and the fries were old. And zero effort was put into hamburger assembly. This seems to be an ongoing trend in most McDonald's and fast food locations.
Food was hot, long line ALWAYS but good customer service
Manassas had just had a major snow storm and it was very early in the morning. Both lanes were backed up, most likely due to stay shortage. However, those able to make it to work, were efficient and pleasant. When I thanked one employee for coming in to work in such a bad day, he genuinely seemed grateful. The order was correct, the food was warm and add expected.
The lines are too long. Takes 20 mins to get through the drive through meanwhile all of these cars that are parked are being blocked in by people waiting for the drive through
I just want to the drive-thru asked for ketchup and the lady told me they didn't have any. They are so lazy can't even go get from the back. I don't recommend this location. Very bad service.
