We had to wait for our order, so we pulled up to wait in the allotted space. After five minutes our order was delivered. What a disappointment that the "hot" french fries were not hot all the way through. Our sandwiches were hot and delicious. Our schedule did not allow us to drive back to complain so we just brought the fries home with us.
Really really disappointing!! At first I thought that people's dirty comments were just for conspiracy against MCDONALD, but when I really tried it I saw that the service is not really of good quality because the waiters do not make an effort to adapt to foreign customers, and then the burger service should be available at any time of the day, even in the morning and that's not the case. That's why Burger King is so much better.
Excellent, consistent and fresh. They don't go the extra mile hence the stars but hands down great broth Pho.
Good food service is getting better understanding the area you live in and showing your gratitude towards the customer is always a plus.

Food was cold and wait was long avoid
Two times in a row, the order was provided not as ordered. The food is typical of all McDonald's, it was hot and prepared rapidly. However, the staff does not necessarily pay attention to detail. For example, in the past, drinks did not include straws and today although asked about what type sauce I would like for my orders of McNuggets, NONE was provided.
Apparently the new McDonald’s rewards don’t work at this McDonald’s.. umm ok.
After waiting 15 minutes for a fish sandwich, fries and a couple cookies, I had to go inside to get my order they were supposedly cooking “fresh” and they never brought it out as promised. Gave me a coupon for waiting, which expires today. The food was cold at best. The bread on the sandwich was hard and stale. I even heated it in the microwave to soften it, didn’t help. Worst food I do believe I’ve ever gotten from McDonalds. Disappointing. I won’t be going back to this location. When I went inside, all of the employees I could physically see was just standing around chatting. They need some leadership in there and they can really do better on their “fresh cooked” food.
When will the seating area be open for customers again? The one in Shoppers Square off Centerville road now has open seating. Big part of the eating experience is being able to sit and enjoy your food without being rushed out because of pandemic restrictions
