What can I say, it's a fast food restaurant... But it's a fast food restaurant that ensures that you get your food fast. Nowadays these types of companies have cut back on labor so they're always running with a smaller staff and you end up waiting longer for your food but when you come here, they seem to have it all under control. They have some great staff at the windows and I've never had a complaint about their service.
I came here earlier in the week and ordered food for my son. I saw the sign saying if they don't ask if I use the McDonalds app its a free apple pie. I go to the window requesting it and the guy says the promotion expired even tho they still have it up. I said you need to take the sign down then because its false advertisement. He says they will. I come today 5/20 and the giy asks me about the app. So I tell him what happened and he makes it right and compa me a pie. I get home excited about the pie only to see that it's completely burnt! This McDonalds is ghetto in a nice area. They need to do better!
Every time I got here they screw up my order. Simple orders. Zero customer service skills. A simple Thank you goes a long way!
Honestly I don’t like leaving bad reviews. But this McDonald’s manages to give me hard and old buns for my burgers time and time again. The sandwiches are not hot, they’re cold as well. I feel like I’m biting into cardboard and there is no flavor because it feels like it’s been sitting on the counter for so long. I try to keep giving them chances but today I was over it. I wish they gave fresh food instead of cold and old food. Otherwise everything else is ok
I purchased 6pc nugget happy meal for my son and it was missing a nugget. One nugget is not pricey or anything but my 4 year old was disappointed
An employee named Jason was very rude and ignorant, he rolled his eyes when I had a issue with my order. He did not have manners saying that it was the right meal and basically telling me I was wrong.When told about the issue he goes on his phone ignoring me and then started taking pictures of me, I felt very uncomfortable and it was very unprofessional I will NEVER go to this Mcdonald’s again because of this.
The worst customer service I've ever had in McDonald's. Period.
Worst service ever I went through the drive thru they completely got my order wrong then didn't listen to what my order was and I was charged for items I didn't ask for. Still got my order wrong after I went inside still didn't get it right never going back to Liberia location again.
It would be nice if this restaurant have time to check the food items prior bringing to curb side customers. My order of chicken McNuggets happy meal was replaced by a cheese burger happy meal. And the extra order chicken McNuggets was brought without the dipping sauce. What would a customer do after the wrong meal was brought home???
