Tasty pizzas, quick pickup, and really friendly staff! Definitely plan to order here again.
Tried Marco's for the first time today. Loved the pepperoni pizza, especially the sauce. The cinnamon squares were amazing too & they give you a lot for the price. Another plus I noticed about their menu, is they do pizza toppings in a bowl for people who might be eating low-carb or gluten free. ? I will definitely order again.
I had such a horrible experience tonight at Marco’s Pizza located at 12801 Galveston Ct. Manassas, VA. The manager I believe his name is Wilson. He was very unprofessional, condescending, rude, and disrespectful! I have ordered from this particular location several times. This is the very first time I had a terrible experience ordering from Marco’s. The manager lack customer service and professionalism. He exercised poor manners and management skills. I asked a simple question and he refused to listen. He took it upon himself to say that he will refuse me service. Tonight was an unbelievable experience and I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN! The manager was very hostile and belligerent. He made me feel very uncomfortable being there. I will be contacting corporate as well! You need people who reflect your mission and represent your company better!
Yummy. The best pizza ? I’ve had for a long time (the Garden pizza is my favorite ever, I recommend) . I’m glad they came to my neighborhood.
We waited and waited for our carryout pizza and when we finally got it it was cold. It tasted good, but, I'm not sure if it was worth the wait.
Order 5 pizzas and wings for my associates for lunch and we all loved it!!! They delivered on time and it taste amazing! Definitely will be ordering from them again.
I've ordered from Marcos twice. The first time, order was smooth and food was good. Second time, they took contactless delivery to a whole new level. I have no idea when they got here, no idea when they left, but my stone cold pizza was on the doorstep. I called to comment and was told "that's contactless delivery." I asked how I was supposed to know when my pizza arrived. She asked "well, did you get your order?" Great customer service. Your pizza is more expensive than most places so the quality better be commensurate. Maybe I'll try Marcos again when the ratings go up, signaling that someone over there cares about service. I'll remind you, you won't be the first pizza place to go out of business in that plaza due to garbage service. Whoever it is you have answering the phone doesn't like her job and certainly doesn't care about the customer or your repeat business.
The food is great it tastes like the pizza I used to get in Upstate NY. The food always comes out tasty and hot.
From the time I called in my order, I received excellent customer service. The delivery driver was courteous and careful in delivering the food ordered. We ordered the specialty pizza and a 2 topping pizza ? ? they were both very delicious! Best pizza we've had in a long time! Being from Jersey, we expect a certain type of pizza and Marcos pizza was on point! The pizza was crunchy, fresh and tasty! Thank you for providing excellent customer service and for making a delicious pizza my family and I enjoyed very much! Happy Holidays!
Our order arrived missing a dish (my husband's wings since he does not eat pizza, etc for the carbs). My husband called and then I followed up . Nothing.The manager called us and complained that we upset his staff. NO concern that the customer was upset. He said he would deliver the dish BUT did not apologize AND HUNG UP on me! Did not offer to reimburse us or offer a credit, nothing. Totally unprofessional. We are done with this establishment.
