Seated average time for a Saturday evening. Waitress was good the food was good. They must have been short handed, as after our order was placed our waitress became a bartender/waitress. So other people beside our waitress kept coming to the table asking if we neede anything and what we were drinking while waiting for our food. Which I thought the food took a bit longer to come than what it should have.
My children and I came out to eat last night and Brittany was our server. She was on top of everything and made sure our dining experience was perfect. She helped me make a selection in my food choice (thank you) and had a great sense of urgency when it came to service! I usually have horrible dining experiences but she definitely made our experience worth it. Thank you Brittany, you're awesome!
Extremely friendly staff, very clean establishment from outside to inside. Our waitress’s were fantastic, knowledgeable when it came to the menu, well spoken and always with a smile. Food took around 10 minutes to be served and no delays when it came to drinks. Alicia was our server, she rocked! I look forward in coming back.
Came in around 6:30, wasn't busy at all. Was greeted friendly by the host and sat right away. Server wasn't our normal servers that we get when we dine in but overall I would give him a 4.5. of course we started with the delicious bread I had the pork chops and they were delicious. I also had Mac n cheese n baked beans on the side. Wasn't a fan of the baked beans but Mac n cheese was delicious. Also the little cup of fried apples that comes with the pork chops were excellent. Always love Logan's. Definitely will be back.
I went they are very knowledgeable when it comes to making selections based on acquired tastes. I would definitely recommend eating here on a date or even if you simply want to enjoy a night on the town alone
Server (Pablo) was on point! My burger was decent, my kid loved his teriyaki glazed chicken, my sis enjoyed her steak and my son's friend liked the tenders. Booth seats were filled with crumbs in crevices ?. The place started to get pretty busy around 12:30 so they must be doing something right. Nice outdoor seating but not warm enough today to use.

Chain restaurants can vary from good to bad depending on many factors. I had gift cards to Logan’s. But besides trying to find one in or around NOVA, I was pleasantly surprised, especially after reading the reviews. I’ll say, my Ribeye 16 ounce was excellent . Sides and service were great as well. I’d say worth a 2nd chance.
This place just keeps going downhill by the minute ! I ordered takeout. I got my sides with no gravy. just added the cheese on top from my baked potatoes. My steak came out hard as a rock when I ordered medium rare. No juicy sauce on top of the steak as usual so it was dry. I got the fried cheese and bacon burger also and can u believe these people gave me one dried cheese stick instead of the big fried cheese they used to give. The manager also said they would make the enormous nachos if I requested since it wasn’t on the menu. Of course it was full the day we went and my waiter just nodded said they never do that. So horrible experience. I never got a response from my post I posted on their website so I’m writing my review. I don’t need Logan’s to write on my post to talk to them because I already wrote them once and no response so of course they will respond to their Google reviews so they don’t look bad. NEVER coming back after the 3rd bad service.
