This location has always been one of the better Ledo's locations and Kevin the new owner has made it even better. I had a pepperoni pizza last night for dinner and it was amazing. He has improved the quality of the sauce by putting some more TLC into it. It is exquisite. I look forward to going there again and have other items on the menu. This place stands out amongst its peers.
Kevin, the owner, hosted our Girl Scout troop (Troop 90034, Bristow) and we had the best experience!Service was great, the restaurant is clean, but the event was next level! From the moment we walked in, Kevin made us feel like family. His energy was awesome, so kind and thoughtful, making sure every scout had a great experience. So glad we came here - check out these smiles!!!
I come here every now and then when I'm in town because my grandma loves their pizza and is friends with the previous owner. I feel like it's a hit or miss with the pizza, however. The service has always been great, and the dining area is always clean. The last time we were here, we got their deluxe pizza I felt like it was missing flavor, maybe because there was not enough sauce or cheese; it tasted like pizza crust with some toppings, basically. So, I was definitely disappointed because that's not the kind of experience you want when you get pizza.
We came in tonight to get our usual dinner! The food is great like it was with the old management team, but the service is noticeably better! The team is friendly, you’re greeted warmly and checked up through out the meal. A big shout out to Lauren for waiting on us promptly and always keeping our drinks full!
Ordered veggie pizza and spinach salad in Dec. Spinach salad was not fresh. Called store and spoke with management. Manager said he would take care of it. Store also called me back to see if I could come back to correct it. I told them I had reached home. Manager said he would put it in their book. Went there today and Manager act if I was lying. My friend overheard Manager in the back saying that was December and she's just coming. I tried to show him my bank transaction and would not look and brushed me off. I did get salad after rude interaction. I don't have drive 20 miles to lie get a free salad. Will not conduct business with this Ledos Pizza.
I love eating here! The location is peaceful, which I love. My cheese steak was great and my server was so kind!
Pizza was absolutely incredible. There was amazing service throughout our entire stay. Definitely coming back here!
Great new manager! Thank you Kevin! The food was hot and delicious. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Good food for a good price! We will be back for sure ?
Under new management and manager needs refresher skills on customer service. I needed my pizza redone because half was burnt then was lectured on how a pizza I normally ordered for years at the very place is supposed to be cooked (Well over 40 btw). Staff is always nice and professional, new manager not so much.
Ledo has been a favorite for my family for years! This location specifically. Kevin Tunstall and his staff served up perfection tonight! And our waitress always makes us feel like we are sitting at our kitchen table! Thanks Burgundy! See y’all soon
