HORRIBLE customer service from the manager , Jordan. Disgusting. if you don’t like what you do then work elsewhere! I’ve never been to a kung fu tea before so naturally I had a couple of questions which he responded to with seemingly aggression. never going back of course.
Great services ? today is my first time here the employees were excellent and super nice.They made the drinks taste so good. Made what I asked Centreville Kung Fu Tea was not good. Bad services and drinks had. O taste (just like water only no flavor).
The sugar level is so inconsistent I can’t even ?♀️….we bought 4 cups to split out 1/4 each for each of us. 100% sugar is like 120%. The 3 other cups with 70% sugar, but 2 cups felt like no sugar and the third is more sweet than the 100% sugar. Not the first time this has happened neither
Don't bother ordering ahead, it will not be ready when you arrive. Waited 20+ minutes for a subpar drink. They didn't even call out my name when it was ready.
My favorite bubble tea place hands down. The best tasting drinks of all the tea places I have tried. Only thing is the Boba could be better. Honey Milk Tea is my go to.
The first thing that was said to me when I walked in was "put a mask on or get out"... Yikes. I'll take driving an extra 20 minutes for boba to not be talked down to like that. Left and went to the Kung Fu Tea in Centreville, highly recommend going there instead!
They always mess up drinks, boba is so bad and flavorless always overcooked and has no chew. This location is a joke compared to the other ones in the area.The workers never know what they are doing and are also unnecessarily strict on masks. I get if it’s a policy, but being rude about it and constantly asking customers to pull it up when there is no one else in the store is not that deep.Drinks take forever to come out, it’s never consistent one day it’s too sweet one day there’s no flavor at all and just water. Save your time and go to the centreville location.
Waited 40 minutes for 1 drink when people behind me ordered and received their very large orders. I even checked in with them to see if maybe they had forgotten my drink. After 35 minutes, I went to ask for my money back. They then refused to just refund my money and I had to wait once again for them to make the drink. Even when trying to ask for my money back, the worker at the register would not stop texting long enough to hear my issue. I won't be back.
This location is really bad. Their service is terrible and they are very inconsistent with their drinks. All the workers are really rude and disrespectful except the young man named Richie, he was the only one that is always friendly and helpful.
Love the bubble tea but the service is just not it. I wish I could get bubble tea this good somewhere else in Manassas so I could receive better service.
