Doughnuts are always amazing.Customer service, not at all. Always…. Incompetent. They don’t listen. They don’t understand.Example: went through drive thru to pick up a online order. Gave my name, they couldn’t find it. Went inside and found my order right away.
O-M-G!I died and went to donut heaven. I have never had the honor to see Krispy Creme donuts being made right there in front of my eyes, and let me tell you - it was just lovely! The cashier was kind and in a great mood and the donuts were better than you can imagine a freshly made donut would taste, still warm and sticky sweet. I am SO glad to have visited.
This place seems to be run by kids, but they do a great job. They're always friendly and very efficient. In a time when other donut places have them shipped in it's nice to see them making hot fresh donuts in house all day long. Everything always comes out perfect and exactly as expected. These guys do a great job. I came by to pick up 8 dozen donuts and they had it ready in 5 minutes. If you haven't tried their donuts you simply must.
What the heck?!I’ve been to this Krispy Kreme about 5 times. This was the weirdest, crappiest interaction I have ever had with a drive thru worker in my life. When I pulled up, I was greeted. I asked for a moment, he said “sure, let me know when you’re ready.” It was a pretty typical interaction. After a few seconds, I asked which donuts they were out of today. Usually, they do not have every single donut available that is on their menu display. I thought it was a fair question, before I picked my dozen…. to which he responded, “I don’t know.” I said, “okay, well I guess I’ll just pick my dozen donuts…” Then he responded, “actually we’re out of everything with donuts.”It was just weird. I decided to leave. They were not very busy and it’s strange they’d chase customers off, but whatever. It’s not my business.
Rude employees. Don’t bother with an online order, they won’t care. And if you ordered certain things and they don’t have it immediately they won’t bother to tell you if they’re making any because the walk-ins get to order first and you get what’s left. Being busy isn’t an excuse to ignore half your customers that are waiting. Just do walk-ins if you want them to acknowledge you.
The Hot and Fresh sign was on so we had to stop. The problem was they weren't currently making donuts.That didn't stop us from getting a dozen delicious donuts to take home. They were fresh and the selection was great.For the donuts, this would be a.5 star review.The service is the 3 star. It wasn't bad, just average.Until next time I hear the siren call of hot, fresh donuts.

I would give this a zero if I could. The donuts were completely stale in early afternoon, so hard that my finger wouldn't indent the surface. You can hit a plate or other surface and clunk. No donut shop anywhere sells what seemed to be days old donuts left out to get hard and dry. You cannot serve them, it would be embarrassing. Just throw in the trash, they may break the garbage disposal. And kreme? You pay extra for it by the dozen apparently, but my husband had one with no kreme at all! I measured 1/8 teaspoon or less!
I placed an online order at 1030 am. Receipt said it would be ready at 1053. I got there at 1115 and nothing had been done and they told me I would have to wait in line which was 6 to 8 people long. I could not wait as I need to open my business. I told my company's team thar i would bring them breakfast. This is second time in last 4 visits this has happened. Disappointed
I love glazed donuts, and there isn't a better place I can think of to get them than Krispy Kreme.
