I've ordered from here a few times now. I'd say over half the time something is wrong with my order. I'm lazy so I get it delivered and more often than not I open up my bag and woe and behold it has the wrong food in it. Fortunately it gets refunded but... I'd rather just have my food. I love the Colonel but I think I'm done with this particular KFC
Extra crispy, hot and fast! We picked up the 10 piece family meal on a Friday night. Quick easy and delicious! Everyone loved it
The manager at this location is extremely rude. She doesn’t listen to customers concerns and is very dismissive. The staff obviously needs customer service training.
The worst chicken restaurant in the area. The food here is insulting. Go literally anywhere else.
Ordered 3 famous bowls, received 3 famous bowls, which are 95% mashed potato, 3% corn, and 2% dry, slightly burned chicken popcorn, which is more like chicken cereal. not like I remember this "famous" bowl. this is unacceptable, mediocre, garbage food.no flavorno juicy chickenover cookedwill never order from KFC EVER!!
I love Kfc… when i live in Centreville and working at chantilly. They closed kfc but now im living In Manassas now im so happy to find out that their still kfc in my area.. just 1MILE Away..

It's a KFC. No more, no less. Service is always decent.
We ordered 3 different meals: Fill up, popcorn chicken combo and the big box 3pc. We ended up with 2 2pc fill ups even though we were probably charged with the big box for one of them (they never gave us a receipt). Awful service, she kept trying to cut me off then didn’t even let me finish my order, and when i tried to tell her my full order she would cut me off to make me wait. The lobby was closed and we got there around 9:40, they close at 11. They were already out of extra crispy and grilled chicken. I didn't even get my second side for the 3 pc box even after she repeated it to me. Plus they didn’t have sweet tea. The corn also leaked all over, because the lid was not closed properly. Ill go else where.
If you don't have a car you can not eat here, they told me to stay with the cars at the window.....i told them this is not safe,the answer was:it's not my problem....
