This place is my favorite place. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place. everytime I I need a good meal, this is the place that comes instantly to my mind. excellent and diverse food and a large menu.helpful crew, and good ambience. And very important, the expence is decent. I tell about this spot with pleasure.
Today I ordered 2 cheese streaks for 30 dollars which was upsetting $30 dollars for two subs! But I had joes the night before and they were pretty good I spent $40 on a pizza a steak and cheese and a Stromboli they were all delicious. So we decided to have it again for lunch. They messed up on both subs. One had no lettuce and tomato and other was all lettuce with very little meat. When I called to complain they told me there wasn’t a supervisor available until tomorrow, I asked for the supervisors name and they wouldn’t tell me then asked for my number and said they would call me by 5 pm. I would not recommend this place after today’s service!
I order a large pizza with a order of 10 chicken wings, the first time they gave me a 9 chicken wings I call them to complain and the answer was when is delivery it’s 10 chicken wings but if you pick up it’s 9 chicken wings ? . Just I says ok. But today I order the same and surprise 8 chicken wings. Again I call to complain and the absurd answer was we already have the bags of chicken wings to cook and that is the amount . They need better costumer service.

Their pizza is pretty good
Poor customer service, ordered a pizza they messed up the order then refused to send a replacement pizza. after speaking with someone in customer service for 10 minutes being told there was no manager or assistant manager there I persisted and they finally gave me the assistant manager named Jarrett. he also refused to replace the pizza because they were closing would have the manager call me back on Tuesday or Wednesday. he was argumentative and treated me poorly. after ordering from Joe's for over 30 years without complaint I find it hard to believe that after complaining one time they could not make me a new pizza or even listen to my complaint with respect. I would suggest staying away from this branch of Joe's Pizza because it does not represent all of Joe's pizzas companies.
Just brought my order home. Three Cheese steaks and a sausage roll. I said at the beginning of the order, the middle of the phone order and the end of the order to please TOAST THE ROLLS. Were they toasted ? NO! So I had to take the time to put them in the oven and toast them. Very disappointed. Even gave the kid who brought them out to the car a five dollar tip.....maybe I will look else where for my subs I. The future.
Different menu than the one in Manassas Park. Why? F you is why!Confused about it as well.Barely speaks English. Asked for "eggplant parm sub". Is that English? Apparently not! They delivered my food to someone else....never asked a name never called me....I never got my food or my money back....
I have eaten at this joes many times... but I will not eat here again. I asked for the bread to be toasted for my sub and I was told no. No?????No. Its not that hard to toast a sub roll. I had an order for 10 people and told no toasting of bread. Smh. You lose!!! Jersey mikes it is!!!!!! Losers
