The food is consistently fresh, and the staff welcomes you as walk in the door. My favorite sub is the #8 Club Sub. If you get a sub Mike's way, it will get a little soggy if you take it Togo and drive more than 15 minutes (kinda expected), but they are super accomodating and will get you the oil and vinegar in a container for you if you ask. The hot subs will take a little longer to make, so keep that in mind if you're on your lunch break.
I believe I now know why lots of these Jersey Mikes locations are going out of business or being shut down!Twice in a row I have ordered carry out and twice they have missed items on my ordered, chips, sodas, cokies, all which have of course been paid for but they always close the bags, specially when being delivered, unfortunately to later find out that you are missing a few items. They just lost another customer!
I have been coming to this jersey miles for years. It had been a few months since I've ordered here but this was by far the worst customer service I have had here ever. I ordered the same sub as I always Philly cheese steak add chicken. Can you believe that the person taking the orders told me he can not mix the meats. I asked for an explanation and all he could tell me was that he could not mix the meats. That fine I took my services elsewhere and came to Charley's Philly steak and guess what they made my sandwich just the way I like it. No more jerseys mikes for me.
I ordered through the app, I received my food and upon opening it had cheese on my sub which I requested it not have, I called the store to get a new one sent to me and they said they can't I can only come pick it up. If I ordered the sub for delivery it would make sense that I wasn't able to come pick it up. They said they would put my name on the list for my free sub. I guess I won't be ordering from this Jersey Mike's anymore.
I went there a few days ago and parked in their parking lot. When I pulled up, a young lady worker noticed ma and put on her mask that had been pulled near her chin. One of the young men was wearing his mask under his nose. i refused to enter the building and went to Popeye's Chicken. The staff there were all wearing masks. The chicken was delicious.
Horrible customer service and that's just the beginning. None of my 3 sandwiches were cut and what kind of place is this? TRAP MUSIC at 730 while customers are coming in. Couldn't even get the name of the personnel that worked because my receipt had a girl's name on it instead of any of the 3 guys that were actually there. L

Horrible!!!! My husband's first experience with Jersey Mike's and definitely his last. The App wouldn't allow him to order so he had to call and place the order via phone. The person on the phone asked him for his order 3 times which should have been a sign. He ordered an Italian and a Roast Beef with extra cheese. We received 2 Italians and no extra cheese with added jalapeños and pickles we didn't request. I took a bite of my sandwich without knowing there were jalapeños on it and encountered a pepper. Since spicy foods cause me health problems, I avoid them at all costs. I was miserable after just 1 bite. We spent $20.00 for 2 sandwiches that we threw away. Never again will I visit the Manassas Jersey Mike's and my husband refuses to try ever again. With so many options available you would think they might try a little harder to get it right. Customer Service was also horrible and it appeared no one knew how to do anything from make sandwiches to ring up the order for payment. I would give zero stars if I could.
