Not sure exactly what happened but our food was cold, and everything we ordered, either didn’t come in, cuz they forgot our server didn’t even write it down. Not sure if they got upset because we asked to move from a table to a booth but we felt more comfortable in a booth. I ordered a bowl I get a burrito. I HATE leaving bad reviews. Honestly Just go somewhere else this is a waste of your money and time. If I Could leave zero stars I would.
Just wondering does any one pay extra for gravy I request to have gravy for my mashed potatoes and they charge me extra I ask the lady and she said that they charge extra for that small amount of gravy. Really I was surprised ?Mashed potatoes was hard and without flavorI wouldn’t recommend this place they are not busy and they don’t cook properly their food.
Came on Easter and was seated immediately. Food was good and hot, server was great, and they were quick. I am very surprised such speedy service on a holiday. My first visit here there was a gentleman coughing non stop without a mask. We took our food to go and left. This experience was way better.
Kristen is great and has been working here for forever! I enjoy the food and the comeback of the items on the table. Shows thing are getting back the new normal!
Our daughters and their friends enjoyed closing our evening at IHOP. Each time we visit, everyone is helpful and pleasant. You just can't really go wrong at IHOP!
BLUF: Food was great, waitress not so much. Will come back another day to see if the service remains the same.My sons and I ate here for breakfast on a Sunday, mid-orning . There was a long line to be seated but were told that the wait time was about 15 minutes. We were seated in ten.The restaurant was full. Our waitress seemed slightly annoyed to be serving us and that we were not ready to order. After bringing our drinks. I felt like we were inconveniencing her. I understand wait staff are crazy busy this time of day but please don't make me feel like my family should not be at your establishment.We ordered our food came very fast once order, about 15 minutes. And it was great! Big kudos to the kitchen!Our waitress came by about 10 minutes after receiving our food, ask if everything was okay, and then left our check on the table. Definitely feeling rushed at this point.We ate, cleaned up the table after ourselves, and left.
our server was so nice & helpful w/food suggestions.ordered the gluten friendly pancakes... OMG ? gf pancakes!! they were so fluffy & tasted like vanilla!! will SO be going back! ??

Like most places, they can use more help. The food was good, service from waitress was good and we were in/out in a timely manner as we needed to be.There are dividers between the tables and plastic utensils available.The takeout area was super busy and there was only one person going between that and checking guests in so there was a little wait.I won't penalize them in their rating for working hard despite the staffing levels.
