This morning I had the easiest most remarkable breakfast at IHOP Centerville Rd. In Manassas VA. Bridges was a wonderful kind server who spoke to me as if I were her granddaughter she was serving. I recently also had dinner for a close friends bday at the same establishment, all I can say is if you haven't had this establishment on your mind lately to have a meal NOW IS THE TIME! From Cali to VA hands down the best IHOP I've had the pleasure to experience. Great job guys and thank you.
The booth was absolutely disgusting! Food was just pushed into the part between the top of the booth and the bottom, there was tons of food under the table as well. Looking around you could see several other booths the same way. The food was alright, but the waitress had an attitude. On the way out I noticed dust hanging out of the ceiling panels above the drink area by the kitchen. How is this place open? You need to shut down and do a deep clean. Definitely will not be coming back.
Food is good, quick, and the servers are always very nice.
Good food and so clean the place. But one of the server just go out after me because. we spend $80 and the only cash I have was $2 she threw at me the $2 on the flore with more people coming in
IHOP Manassas VA location is a regular visit spot for me.The cust service is suburb, the food is tasty and half price for seniors on Tuesday evening. A new menu item: Chicken Parmesan, was absolutely amazing, rivaling any good Italian Restaurant ?? ?Highly recommended!⛪
the staff is excellent and polite. they are quick and efficient. from servers to clean up crew everyone worked diligently and with a welcoming attitude
I feel like I've reviewed this place before, just don't remember and can't find it on here.This is all I'm going to say......this place needs help. I was literally sitting on an exposed spring! The food, well, I mean didn't remind me of my grandma's cooking, but then again it was granny.Staff needs to be changed. Trying to pay for my meal was like trying to pull teeth out of a wild boar! They had to go get the waiter, who was busy with his other guests, to come cash me out! Not a professional place at all!The one star goes to the waiter who was polite and professional.I won't be back.Not even sorry!
The waiter I had was distant yet still attentive. He could tell I wasn't really in a talkative mood and his wait style reflected as much. Also, it's IHOP, I've never had a bad experience at one. They are an international brand for a reason.
They have curb pick up but this specific ihop never comes to the car to drop off the food to you. WHAT ARE THE CURB PICK UP SPOTS FOR? This has happened multiple times…
