Extremely friendly and attentive staff, good food and excellent service at the onsite restaurant/bar, clean and spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows, pool and hot tub were the perfect way to end the day. We will most definitely stay here again! Thank you for such an amazing stay!!
Our room had stained sheets, a hair dryer that didn't work, and no light in the bathroom. They changed the sheets quickly, but the insides of the light fixture had been removed, so there was no bulb. They said it would be at least a half hour to replace the fixture and that they couldn't move us to another room because they were booked. I'm sure people that stayed in the room before me complained too. How can you shower and get ready with no light? The pool was closed for two of the three days we were there. The front desk told us that 200 kids were there there the day before and we didn't want to know what they did to the pool. Once it reopened, I wouldn't dare go in it. The walls of the pool were brown and in need of a good cleaning. It looks nothing like the pictures shown on the website. The manager was very unprofessional and rude. I was insulted by his snide remarks and his inappropriateness. I would not recommend staying here.
The room was nice. The shower was great. I had a motorcycle on a trailer with me, and I parked in the back lot that was a little dark for my taste. Coffee in the morning was minimal. There’s a ton of construction around here, and traffic was a nightmare leaving the hotel.
Very disappointed. Came down at 6am, no breakfast then again at 8am still no breakfast. This is the main reason we chose here because we had to leave early for a school trip so we kind of relied on that. Beds are comfortable. Rooms nice. Haven't tried the pool yet and there's a bar. Hopefully it will be good for the next 3 nights
$150 a night and doesn't even include breakfast. Never staying here again. It's simple things like this that lose you clients for life. I stayed at Fairfield Marriot the night before and not only was it's $99 for the first night ($119 for the second) but included breakfast and all the other amenities as well.
“Welcome to holiday inn . You may have freedom to live but here you can’t pick the temperature of your room. We don’t care how good or bad you sleep and get into an accident next day while driving as you were sleepy. We are happy to get your money for rest of your stay that you booked with us but spent in hospital. “ Thats the message I got and freedom I experienced here. If I used quilt It got hot if I didn’t I was cold. PS : I woke up in middle of night because I could not sleep despite of long tiresome travel and sleeping at 2am, and remembered as well as experienced what I was told when I was checking in. At least they were honest when we checked in. Yes rooms were clean and spacious but isn’t that a standard to be expected from a 3 star hotel ? They don’t keep fan nor we can open windows. You can either feel hot or cold ( in winter) and hot or very hot in summer
Very sad about this hotel.They are lying about prices.I booked room with king size bed. But they give me queen sizeRoom is little dirty. Smells stinky.I wanted to change the room but they said they can’t. And i told them i can pay for it on top my room price. But unfortunately they don’t want to.
Excellent Holiday inn. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and nice selection. Bed was ultra comfortable and rooms as well as hotel were very clean. We definitely will stay here again!
I searched the area for a place to stay for a one-day event in the area. I went with a trusted brand and was not disappointed. Very helpful staff, incredibly clean and comfortable room, and zero problems, PLUS a better rate than most in the area for the same quality. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the Manassas area.
