Food was barely warm, we had to request the staff members to increase the heat on the food. Food tasted like it was from yesterday (rice, noodles and some chicken). The A/C not working while it’s 91 degrees outside? The walls next to the booths aré filthy. Don’t come to eat here, not worth the disappointment.
Disgusting!! probably the worst place I visited .Not sure but seemed like this place had some sewer issues that the whole place was smelling like humid, as soon as you enter you have that feeling when you go to into a public bathroom.Furniture and carpet was really dirty and sticky, If you want to move your table or chair make sure to have some gloves otherwise you will get some surprise touching stuff underneath.Food was really bad , unfortunately most of the stuff seemed like was not fresh and probably was from a day before, Empty trays , Lunch time and no soups, Hibachi section not clean and closed every 15 minutes , according to the Old and dirty signal , he comes back every 15 minutes, not sure why, but as soon as the guy is back he will give you a bad attitude that you really don't trust him touching your food anymore .If you go , don't order fountain drinks , if you do , make sure is not dirty or has some kind of green stuff floating around .Hopefully the health department pays them a visit soon .
I'm so sad to see the horrible deterioration in this place food quality. I can't believe I paid what I paid for such a horrible food, nothing ever is fresh or tasty on that big buffet, I swear the food tastes like many many days ago cooked, and I swear that even a very beginner cook would cook much better than what we have eaten in that place, besides, a fly was there eating with us from everything, meaning it's no more clean as well!I wish the management of that -used to be- a good place pays some attention to what they have ended up to, and don't waste people' money!
The guy working at the grill was very rude, yelled at my lady and I had to remind him how to talk to a lady and overall a customer with respect. This is him in the picture. Worst service ever
This place was okay. It was cheap so you get what you pay for. The food was alright but there wasn't much variety and barely anything was labeled so you either had to guess or just not grab it.
Walked in and was seated quickly, given the restaurant was empty. The food was mostly good. The only thing I wouldn't recommend would be the dessert. When we finished eating the waitress brought us our check. She did not bother to ask our group of 14 if the check would be split. We told her it should be spilt. She told us to go to the man to the front counter. Needless to say, we spent about 20 minutes there because his English was terrible and he did not get the concept of "1,2,3,4". "Just 4 for this check sir, not 9." I will not ever go back. The service is terrible and we were being told that we were wasting their time.
Most of the food was great, but some you could tell had been sitting out for a while. There sea food was very good though! Staff was quick about removing plates and keeping my drink full.
Buffet Food was ok. They have a good grill with a good cook that will freshly grill you some food but cash tip is expected which is difficult for business travelers who can only get reimbursed with a receipt. The waitress when I was there never refilled my drink at all, which I did not like at all and is the main reason I’m not returning. I gave the waitress 10 to 15 minutes after my cup was empty before going up front and paying and leaving a 20% tip even though I did not like my experience, I figured I’m not coming back and times are tough. I did not express my displeasure while there.
Food is cold; food at that point is not edible or enjoyable. Staff aren’t very communicative..We let them know the issue; and they seemed to let us know and would reheat it right away, but by the time they did we had lost our appetite.and got charged around 52 Dollars for a table of three..(We understand they charge depending on the day of the week; but something about having 3 plates with no food eaten should be an indicator of a discounted price...)In Summary, Subpar service for a table of three people only to be disappointed and leave within 15 Minutes..This place needs to cater to customer service a little better and manage food in a timely manner. I wouldn’t go here if you don’t enjoy “reheated” leftovers..
I hate nearly everything about it. The only thing I do like is the dining are. I hate the food and I hate they never have soups other than the dumpling soup. The workers at the back were rude when I ask about the soup and chives. The owner seems highly unfriendly and the servers are not exactly very warm. The food is horrible. I hate it.
