This is Manassas' hidden gem when it comes to mexican cooking. La banderitas is my recommendation, dish wise- savory, spicy, and beautifully well seasoned.The Horchata is light and refreshing. I'm amazed they're not busy and dont have a big margerita night! Itd be a hit.
We celebrated my Grandson's Birthday at El Rey Tolteca this afternoon. We had such a wonderful time. Our wait staff was exceptional. They took very good care of us. Our food came out quickly and was delicious. We were all very pleased with our experience. We have been here before and we have always enjoyed, eating in the restaurant or having take out. We have also celebrated Cinco de Mayo there a few years ago, pre-covid, and had an amazing time. Great music and entertainment. Dancers..and prize drawings. it was quite a festive place! I highly recommend this restaurant.

El Rey Tolteca is has good as I remembered from seven years ago!!!!!Excellent queso, fresh JALAPENO peppers and one of the BEST chicken taco salads ever with the beans on the side!Highly recommend this family owned Mexican restaurant!Earlese LaFrance

Very happy with Roast pork. Only wish the chips were our favorite but...can't have everything perfect.
It was okay. Kind of pricey compared to similar places. Margaritas were very weak. Burrito kids meal said it came with rice and bean on the menu. It didn't actually come with rice and beans and when I asked the waitress, she said it doesn't come with it.
Good food, nothing fancy. Great prices
