I look for excuses to stop by a Dunkin. Love their coffee! They have a good reward program and mobile app that I use all the time.
Did an online order and waited 10 minutes at curbside and still no one came out.. so my husband went in, the coworkers also forgot our bakery items, and even though we ordered mix of munchkins he gave us the same flavor for all of them… to make it worse our pumpkin spice latte tasted like Sausage… so disgusting.. Did not take the names of the coworkers, but we visited on 9/18/21 around 3pm…
Ordered the frozen french vanilla coffee, tasted bland.
My drink was not made to order. I was not even given the correct amount of sweetener packets requested. Other Dinkins make the drink before delivering.
They forgot my hashbrowns. Other than that it was delicious.
Persons at counter acts strange and talks under his breath very hard to understand him. When he isnt mumbling to himself he is talking to the other employees ve strange and aggressively. Our drinks did not taste right we ended up trashing them without drinking them.
The male cashier were very rude when I asked to write on the birthday cake. Also, he talk very despective to his female co-worker. They did not have what they need to write Happy Birthday on the cake I pay for, almost $30.00. Dissatisfied. That was on Sunday June 20, 201
