Absolutely in love with the sour cream doughnuts! I love how the glaze seeps into the crispy top of the doughnut.. just a little round glazed cakey bit of heaven.
Zero customer service wrong order
Walked inside there was five workers in there stood in line for one minute by myself and no one bother asking if I needed anything.. when I walked out the door I told the lady don’t worry I go to the one down the street she said OK no problem…
Pumpkin Spice late last longer then it’s seasonal months at this location
They have gotten my order wrong multiple times at this location. It’s very busy so I think they value efficiency over attention to detail. The next nearest drive-through for me that I know about is in Chantilly so I go there when I can. I don’t want to go to this one again because they seem to not care.
Order two hot chocolates from home which is 10 minutes from the place just to get there and wait another 10 minutes while the place was empty and the two employees were just standing doing nothing????
