This Domino's, has the worst customer service, and are very rude, they never get the orders correct, and when it comes to having your food delivered expect to wait 2 hours for your food. They say it is due to being short staffed however it's funny because that excuse gets old after awhile. The have one driver delivering 3-4 orders at one time so if you are last on the list your food is going to b cold. The worst part is the call center that they have now that goes to another country and no one understands English. My family LOVES Domino's however it is to the point they would rather me order Pizza Hut

Good food but they always forget the sauces they charge you for. Need to check them yourself
2 orders messed up in 2 weeks. 1st time ordered carryout and when I came to pick it up, they gave my order to someone else so I had to wait 15 minutes for them to remake it. 2nd time I ordered carryout I got there and they said it's coming right out. 15 minutes later I ask them what's going on, they said they made it wrong and they're remaking it right now. I got a refund and left.
This is the best dominoes around town, I drive from Dumfries to this dominoes because the customer service is great and the pizza is even better.
You cannot even get through to place an order. Connected to a call center who doesn’t speak English, and when you ask to be connected to the store, disconnected 3X in a row. To order a pizza.
Awesome service. Hot food and ready to go when I got there.
Chicken wings were ok. Kind of small.
2 items delivered came incorrect. Called the store twice to have order corrected, and re-delivered. First time, stayed on hold for 10 minutes, and someone picked up, then hung up. Second time waited another 10 minutes, I explained about my order and asked for a manager. The associate said, “we’re busy right now, the manager can’t talk. Try calling back later.” I explained to him that I’d already waited an hour for delivery, and several minutes on hold, and this was very rude. Another male associate in the back shouted, “just hang up on her.” The initial associate hung up immediately. Horrible service, and incorrect orders.
Only problem I have. I look up to see if my order was ready. And no one had on gloves to make the food. A little disappointed.
