Very good and fast service nice servers and good food
Horrible experience, coffee was just hot water with food coloring (no flavor). Eggs were cold, brought the wrong pancakes so i had to wait 8-10mins for the correct pancakes. By then the eggs were freezing cold and couldn’t eat.Service was horrible as well. 0/5 stars.
Editing from 4 stars to 5 stars! Went back and ordered the Southern fried chicken and it was really nice! Service is good as usual.Original review:Service was fast and the fried chicken that my husband ordered was yummy. I ordered the all day breakfast and my over easy eggs were done perfectly but the burger steak was bland. Next time I'll just get the chicken too.Oh and of course the biscuits were fluffy and flavorful!
I love cracker barrel. BUT! I have never been so disappointed in the quality of the food. I just got back a three week stretch for work. After living off of drive through meals and gas station food I was really looking forward to a good wholesome meal. I ordered on line the chicken in a box meal with a side of green beans and additionally paid 4.99 for a side of their great Mac n cheese. WELL...the chicken was dry and I cut my gum biting into the skin. I was hoping for fresh and quality but instead it seems like I got chicken that had been in the warmer way too long. Green beans, Mac n cheese and biscuits....on point! But the main dish was dried out and sad example of cracker barrel quality. I dont want money back and as far as a discount next time I order on line ...there won't be a next time

Always been a pleasant experience dining here. The last time we went, it was a Sunday morning, probably the busiest time of the week for any Cracker Barrel. We were seated within 15 minutes and taken care of and given our food within 20 minutes more. Our server was polite, upbeat, and working hard as I observed her taking great care of her other tables as well. I got their french toast with bacon on the side and it was as delicious as you can expect at a Cracker Barrel. The only thing I don't like is how crowded it can get in their shopping area because of how closed in it is. Otherwise, their bathrooms were pretty clean and tidy.
The food was delicious and our waiter was great he was definitely on top of his game and the everyone was so nice even the Manager came by and made sure our food was good.
Was there around 330 between lunch and dinner. Our host seated us in the back of the restaurant. The table he sat us at was dirty, the menu even dirtier. While we sat waiting to be acknowledged the staff began pulling tables around us and sweeping the entire floor. You couldn’t help but feel that if the whole restaurant was this dirty after seeing all the dirt they swept up. We pondered if we should stay. They made that decision easy for us after 15 minutes no one even offered to bring us a drink. We politely just left.
We arrived by bus (57 of us). They were already very busy but they got us seated and our order taken in a reasonable time. The roast and potatoes were wonderful. The wait staff was great.
