Don' t pre-order a customized ice cream cake at this location. I tried to order a small cake for my mother's birthday. I arrived last week to pick it up and they had me waiting almost an hour claiming it was getting ready until the manager came out to say it was never made. I could wait another hour for it to be created. My mother who has dementia was waiting in my car with my fiancee the entire time. I just took a cake they already had in their freezer but we were not happy with that experience.
Brought my fiancée here, it was her first time trying this restaurant. Amazing ice cream, we loved it!!!! They were so nice while we sampled the ice cream before choosing what we want. They let you sample, totally take advantage of that! It was a nice treat to try first before committing.The staff was super nice. This location was clean when we went! I gotta say I was super disappointed in the service I received around 9pm -10pm today April 9th. I am a door dasher, this is my 2nd pickup here, I have never had any problems getting waited on before. There were 4 people working the line, a young lady who wouldn't step my way, a young man who did everything he could do, not to wait on me. That he ran immediately to the person behind me. The only person that approached me, was the young nice gentleman who waited on me before, with longer hair. The thing I didnt get was, I was just picking up an order that was already completed. (A 2 min "pass the bag" procedure) To the young man who didnt want to wait on me: you made me feel very uncomfortable, Made me feel like I wasn't a person trying to do a job. Made me feel like I would never take my family in here. You made my door dash late, I work in food service too on my regular job. Its called customer service, if you can't greet everyone the same way, maybe this job is not for you.
I had a GREAT experience getting ice cream with my girlfriend. There was a nice young man Bryan serving us and he was so kind and polite and very friendly! What a GREAT guy!
The girl working today at 11am when they are supposed to open is absolutely the reason we did not buy a $31 cake this morning. Her attitude is atrocious and the place smelled like a toilet. She didn't have the door unlocked or the lights on and stayed on her phone totally ignoring us. She laughed when I mentioned her being unfriendly. Good luck to whoever put her at the front counter.
All I wanted was Oreo milkshake and I got nothing but chocolate mush and some whipped cream which that was the best part . Six bucks down the drain and I got tummy pains now never going back . It wasn’t even that busy I was the only one there but I have noticed when places are busy they have good food if it is dead be aware .
Last couple times I ordered ice cream from here, the Ice cream was freezer burnt and tasted old.I called to address my concerns with the manager Cindy and asked if I could come back to have my order remade with a different ice cream, she told me no and that there wasn’t anything they can do to fix the problem. Will not be coming back to this location.

If you're not familiar with Cold Stone, their combinations are very rich, so be warned. They're well-made with top ingredients.Service was good during a busy time.
The place was very dirty the floor had to much sticky to it they had no proper safe iteans on no hair net bered gards or gloves on very rude staff.two staff were picking there noise then going right back to work they did not go wash there hands we along with 15 or 20 other people waked out so bad here at this lochion the heath department needs to shut them down very bad lochion for this company. Did see some things that looked like they could be ok
