We love Chuck E. Cheese and visit them in many areas. While visiting Manassas, we decided to stop by this location. This is a very large location with a wide variety of video games. However, everything seemed to be broken or not working properly. Even the interactive floor screen was just stuck on a still image. When it came time for "Chuck" costumed character to make his rounds, he did not show. Overall, it was very disappointing.
Nice and clean. During the day time it's slow which is good to avoid all the chaos . Bathroom was somewhat clean but could have been better considering it was start of business day and not many people
Pizza was pretty good.. About 30% of machines were not working. They have become really tight with earning tickets and the items you redeem then for either extremely cheap or they increased the amount of tickets to redeem for something decent. We were there with 4 kids playing for 2 hours. 3 of the kids earned around 80 tickets (value 88 cents) the fourth earned 300 (value $3).There were items for $60 that I could go purchase at any store for about $20.It has been a few years since I have been to Chuckie Cheeses but it wasn't this bad .And lastly, go back to the hand stamp. Anyone could take a picture of your kid and walk out with them. .
It had been years since we had been to Chuck E. Cheese and my children ages 7 & 10 enjoyed themselves. Location was renovated since we had last been there and it looks great. Bumper cars area has been removed. Tokens have been replaced by cards you can reload with minutes or points. There is a $2 charge when you first purchase card. I think it's a little expensive for the time & points given however I would return since my kids had fun in the hour we were there and got to play most of the games they wanted to. If you purchase minutes there is a delay before you get to swipe card again on another machine.Covid protocols: Staff wear masks. They have you take selfie with children instead of the stamp on hand. Location was clean. (Did not visit bathroom so not sure on that). I did not see anyone sanitizing areas but we were there 2 hours before closing time so not sure what they do during daytime hours.
Went to a birthday party and the place was great for the kids. The only issue we had is that the place was super cold, we all had to wear our outdoor jackets. The manager said that corporate controls the ac, and they couldn't adjust the temperature. Overall the food was good; I forgot how good their pizza is. It is a bit overpriced, the salad bar is 12 dlls per person, and they don't have much in it.
It was clean and empty. We had the entire place to ourselves. ? The food was great and quick but NO tea. No sweet or without sugar tea.... unforgivable. Lol My party of 6 had a GREAT time! Enjoy people!!!
Good pizza. They have gluten free crust as an option, which was nice. The play bands are nice because you can let your kids play any games they want for however much time you want to buy
Spent both of my children's birthdays here. Money not worth the packages offered. A lot of machines don't work, so Toddlers had limited options. Pizzas were good tho
I actually went to planet fitness next to chick e cheeses. For this reason, I have no review.
Very clean. I took my grandson for his 5th birthday. I had a wonderful ☺ time with him. He got to make and meet new friends. I enjoyed because it was not crowded . The staff team was very nice and helpful to my grandson when he needed help or had a question.
