It's chipotle, so everything food-wise is the same as any other you've ever been to.Clean and quick.No water cups though, and no apology for it either. Realizing this isn't mandatory, but not good customer service either, and the lack of an apology, smile, just irked me. I've have bought a cup for $1, but I won't buy a bottle of water so lose-lose I guess.
Very good place, and good food. I have ordered and had meals delivered several times and it is always hot and delicious
I am leaving this not just for the location but the company as a whole. My card was used fraudulently online for a delivery from this location, of which is a different state than my residence. I have been unable to get in contact with ANYONE to assist me in this matter. The line to this location is never answered or optioned to leave a message. The company seems to exclusively use robots for customer support.
Had a Pollo asado bowl. It was very tasty and filling. Only issue I had was the price. Haven't eaten at a Chipolte for a long time. And over $13 for a bowl and a drink is costly. I could have had lunch at a nearby Mexican restaurant fur less and had full service and a basket of chips too.
I don’t usually go out of my way to leave a review but I just cannot keep giving this location chance after chance only to continue to be disappointed. There is of course plenty of occasions where the store has messed up an in person order or a delivery. But what has really gotten me is that I used to order a bowl and ask for their dressing on the side and they would never send it. So in order to make it easier I started ordering salads because they should automatically come with it. Never once, out of so many deliveries do they send it. Not with door dash, not in the chipotle app, not on Uber eats. Never. It baffles me that I changed my order to help accommodate this and I still can’t even get dressing to go with a salad. And the automatic message line they have at the restaurant is useless, you can never get through. Needless to say this has happened SO many times (on top of wrong orders etc) that me and my boyfriend literally have to have a debate on if we should “try again” because they “always mess something up” . It’s very sad that we cannot even enjoy a place because our order is NEVER correct.
The service was great. Gave extra when you asked with no fuss. The staff were very nice. The only thing I didn't like. They had 1 trash can. The bathroom was a bit dirty. The parking is a bit strange as you need to park in the back.
Placed a mobile order 30 minutes in advance. Yet still had to wait 15 minutes for the cashier to even acknowledge my existence. Not sure why they’re not putting the mobile orders on the shelf
The first woman who asks Bowl, burrito, etc. was EXTREMELY accommodating in that she got my husband rice without cilantro & agreed to all his requests with a pleasant attitude & a smile (behind her mask!). Excellent customer service, which we greatly appreciated as he just got back from Johns Hopkins & eye surgery. I'm sorry we didn't get her name...she deserves to be acknowledged ❤ THANK YOU!
It seems like every time I pick up to go at this location the order is never correct I have to either check it at the counter or it’s wrong every time I open the bag. I came back to the location and asked him to fix it they were very polite and nice and fixed one of the two orders the other one they would not fix. And a week earlier I ordered for three people and two of the three orders are messed up and he told me there’s nothing they can do about it I have to go online to request a refund or to speak to someone to fix it. It just seems like a lot of work to order food from this restaurant.
They refused to give a water cup and said to buy a cup to get water which is free every where but this store. Cashier and line were very rude for no reasons.
