The food is okay. The problem I had two days ago was finding a couple maggots in my chipotle bowl. They fell out from the edge when I got up to put it away. I'm not sure if I ate one while I was eating because I did feel kind of sick later. I wish I had the picture of these little larva. What's worse is that I had diarrhea today, and I guess it was the Chipotle meals I ordered that day of my nasty moment. My day could be worse... :(Anyone, whether an individual, a family with children, or couple who goes to this place, PLEASE be very cautious. This incident I explained reveals how dirty this Chipotle's location is in Libera Ave. I hope nobody goes through the same moment I did. It makes more sense to find another location that has a cleaner and sanitized environment. This Chipotle will always leave me wondering:"Is it getting worse?""Is it a hit or miss for an environment when it comes to getting decent or quality fast-food?""Is it going to get more staffs?""Is management going to change or remain the same?"
Thank God it's only the chipotle on Liberia ave.$13 for a burrito that can be folded with one hand. I maybe understand skimping on the steak but not the rice, cheese, and lettuce. I was hoping it was just that 1 person but it must be policy now. They don't want to give you a full scoop of anything. Not even if you ask them too. I seen a guy walk out halfway through Making his burrito because she refused to give him more cheese. Guess I'll try one more location.
TL;DR: Woman dripped dirty water into food trays. I watched a woman "clean" around the food trays. Instead of taking the trays out, wiping everything down and replacing the trays, she wrapped her finger in that filthy rag and dragged it between the trays. The food she hit w/ the rag went back into the trays while the tail end of the rag dripped dirty water into the food. Is this how you teach your people to clean? Gross. I left (and will never return).
Update 5/2022: i waited a year to try again, and it was still pretty disappointing watching everyone go through the line faster than I had ordered ahead with plenty of time. about 8 or so of us were standing there waiting for our food in the "order ahead" area. oh, and they skimped on everything. so TL;DR a year later: still pretty bad.2021: I waited 25 minutes for my ordered ahead food after the promised time. I showed up on time, watched the entire line of people get food and leave before me, and people showed up to get their app ordered food after me, and left before me. I can't emphasize my frustration enough, just grossly incompetent staff.Update: The bowl is literally leaking juice everywhere, the chicken is not all cooked fully, the cauliflower was basically salty water. I am so displeased. This is absolutely disgusting.
Done giving this Chipotle many chances. I ordered 2Chicken Bowls online this time, picked up and when I got home I realized they had barely put any chicken if any on the Bowls, it almost seemed like they split 1 scoop of chicken between both Bowls.I can go on about other bad experiences but the other reviews on here will tell everyone how bad this location is.
Poorly organized, both online and in person orders come from the same line, so it’s not uncommon to be told that your order will be ready at 5:00 but in reality isn’t ready until 5:15-5:30. No organization for the door dash or pick up orders. Since standing in like I’ve seen 6 customers leave the waiting line. The restaurant would benefit from being redesigned for a more efficient ordering and take out process.
Slow, food got cold sitting on counter, no one working register, inconsistent portion sizes. Paying $9 for 20 cents of ingredients and a few pieces of meat.
This it use to be really good , now u get on line you waiting In averaging 15 minutes because they are busy with online orders , not good management time and the food when come to protein there are very cheap very little on it beef and chicken when you talk to them they say only one ounce !!!!! What is it gold now !!!
Easily 12 people standing around waiting for their mobile orders, nothing on the pickup shelves and at least 10 bags sitting on counters while we're all trying to figure out if our food is ready. I had to offer help moving the bags to the shelves before they took action.Absurd ?
Worst chipotle I have ever been to. I always try to avoid this one as it is literally the worst. (I ordered delivery and didn’t get to choose the location) 1: they literally forgot the rice and the chicken on my bowl. Idk how you could mess up that bad. 2: the door dash person was in the store waiting over 20 min for something that was supposed to be ready. 3: the portion that was in my bowl was as if it was supposed to be for a toddler. I love chipotle, but this is thr WORST chipotle location ever.
