My wife, daughter and I went out for a late dinner tonight at the manassas location. Our server greeted us after a good 5 mins of us looking around. He asked if we were ready to order bc he wanted to smoke a cigarette. Like are you fn kidding me..... your cig is more important than your tables. He gets our whole order since he took so long to greet us. Took another 7 mins for us to get our drinks and he wasn't even the one who dropped them off. Our food came out in a timely manor. My food was good but my wife's pasta was cold as if it had been sitting there for awhile. My daughter's cheeseburger sliders had no cheese on them. Seems like everything sat in window while he smoked his cigarettes I guess. Once again he wasn't the one who dropped our food off. Was another waitress. Some time goes by as we are waiting for him to come by and do a table check and ask how the food is. My wife had to wave him over. He wasn't attentive at all. Will not be sitting back in his section. 2nd time bad service by him
Not familiar with the area, we dropped on this Chilli’s location to have a beer. Then we decided to try the Veggie burgers + fries.Service was great. Food was great. No complaints!would visit again.
I have to update my review. I went there yesterday 4/1/22 and it was terrible. It took 20 minutes for our order to be taken, another 20 for the appetizers to arrive. After the mains came out we never saw our waiter again. We received zero apologies and nothing was discounted. Since our waiter was nowhere to be found I had my first experience of leaving a restaurant thirsty. Honestly a shocking performance and I’m not sure I’m going to go back.
Hear me out - Jack is a cook in the kitchen and he is one of the best makers of food that I have ever tasted. His ultimate smokehouse combos are TO DIE FOR. Thank you Chilis for producing a man this great.
I like their burgers and fries the last time I went there and today I thought why not try their stake...my apologies if I'm wording this in a mean way but the stake wasn't good nor tasted great. In all honesty I would not/never get it again due to its flavoring and texture, but at least their burgers are good. Yay...?
The waitress was working an area, 5 -6 tables, by herself and did a great job. Food was also good. It took a little long to get seated because they looked under staffed.
Great service on what must have been a tough day with the weather. We had no power, so we went out to dinner. They took great care of us
I enjoyed this place. They have good happy hour drink prices. Service was great. I would definitely recommend this place.
I’ve had an okay experience at this place in the past…but someone give these workers a raise and some PTO. Went in yesterday and stood there for some time before someone realized that we needed to be seated. Once we sat down, it was obvious this place was understaffed and it was going to take a good amount of time just to get an order in so we left.
I ordered the chicken crispers in original, with 2 cups of ranch and honey mustard. The waitress acknowledge each thing I said. However, when I got my food, I received the Crispy Chicken Crispers, which had a smokey burned-oil taste, and only one of each ranch and honey mustard. The only thing that saved the visit was the multiple visits from the waitress, kind manners, and the bowl of enchilada soup I ordered as a side. In the middle of me typing feedback for the visit on the kiosk at the table, it timed out and locked me out of leaving feedback. Quite a dis-heartening visit.
