The employees are always pleasant, but I find that this specific Chick-Fil-A has been perpetually understaffed for years. The service is consistently slow, they very rarely have curbside pick-up options, and their delivery services are very limited. I am not sure if it’s a lack of employees or a management decision to not hire additional ones, but this Chick-Fil-A falls flat on quickness and speed compared to their local counterparts. This has been mine, and many others experience the past couple years — not a one or two time thing. Pleasant employees however!
Just this location. Love Chick-fil-A. But this location is a disorganized mess. The lines to get in are a nightmare, but if you order online they don't have order control and you find out they gave your order to someone else. And you have to wait all over. We tried DoorDash and it happened again. They have no idea who gets what order.
This is the last time we eat at this location. The drive thru line is notoriously long while a handful of employees stand around doing nothing but socializing amongst themselves. The food has been cold the last 2 visits. A grilled chicken club had 1 small piece of bacon on it. They shorted the nugget count by 2. If this was the first time I could let it slide but this has become the norm for this location. I blame management. I'll make the drive to the Gainesville location when I want chick-fil-a , it is always consistently good food and great service there.
Incompetent staff and extremely poor service!!! They messed up my shake 3 times then sent me on my way with a messed up bottom cup. As soon as I picked it up from my cup holder the bottom came off and there was milkshake everywhere. ???Avoid this location at all costs!!!!
Ordered 3 meals with fries large size on all. Got home after waiting for 23minutes in drive thru and found that all 3 fries were only partially filled and not cooked all the way. Nothing worse than undercooked fries, well except paying for something you didn’t get. Good thing I have an air fryer.
Usually the sausage bowl is a delight for me. It is why I go to Chic-Fil-A for breakfast. Not so much this time: It's a congealed mess!
Food wasn't the best compared to my usual experience with other Chick-fil-A restaurants but my passengers all said their food was good so maybe it was just me. Dine in and takeout were not available when we went only Curbside and Drive Thru. The line was way out of the entrance and we had a difficult time just getting through to pick up with curbside as there were cars coming in from opposite ends blocking the only entrance. There definitely needs to be some rework for the drive thru but to be fair many Chick-fil-A restaurants also have this problem.
Always a solid spot. The line was long and I got in it anyway. I waited for about 5 minutes and my food was in my hands and down my throat on its way to my stomach. Lol so good. It's a shame it will be closed tomorrow.
I put a review out here a week ago and someone took it off!!! So I am going to try again!! This is the most HORRIBLE CHICK-FIL-FA !!! They have no one directing traffic almost been in several accidents because people are rude and cut you off!! They have one line open the wait thru drive thru is at the least 20 mins! Tried curbside and that was over 30 mins wait and you don’t get everything your order and cold fries!! They refuse to open the doors so people have the option on dining in!! Horrible don’t recommend this CHICK-FIL-FA!! Management is horrible!!!! How this Chick-fil-fa has 4.5 stars I have NO idea!! Everyone I know has been complaining about this Chick-fil-A!! I have been a Nokesville resident my whole life!!! It’s SAD!!! Mike (OWNER) this is your reputation!!!
Kinda sad regarding my experiences here :( every time I go they forget the sauce! I filed a complaint but never heard back they are super quick though, which may be the reason why they forget the sauce.
