Stop by to get a salad on the way home with my newborn. The salad comes with dressing and the crunchy bell pepper toppings, unfortunately they didn't give me my topping. I called to see if I could send someone to pick up the topoing or at lease pay extra to get them delivered but was unable to get through for 2 days. I do finally get through and ask what can be done at this point as it's been 2 days and they offer to give me an additional pack of toppings the next time I come through.....I'm a picky eater and a very new mom that can't get out of the house for important obligations let alone a pack of toppings. I asked if I could get a new salad since the original one is untouched and they said they couldn't since there was nothing wrong with the salad. I'm particularly upset due to the fact that I paid for a meal I couldn't enjoy and because the expected toppings come on the side its not their problem.
I very rarely have issues with a Chick-Fil-a other than the biscuits easily falling apart. However if I order a browned biscuit, the biscuit is better. I stopped by this location (Sudley Manor) and was told the owner doesn’t like to accommodate this request but would do so today only. I will no longer visit this location if the owner doesn’t like to accommodate reasonable customer requests. Other locations don’t question this request and I never have issues. I want to enjoy my food without it falling apart in my hands.
The are friendly and get the order right every time. They handle a huge volume at lunch at drive through well. They don't use one helpful Chick-fil-A feature of directing car order after taking your order.
The last 2 times we went through the drive thru they read the order back to us but they didn't give us everything we asked for and when we said something, they charged us again for it.
Always makes my day seeing the Indian dude with pink shirt <3 , but He needs to be working inside not outside :(
I’ve been here twice now and both times my order was delivered perfectly, seamlessly and quickly. They even went so far when I pulled up and realized that I had forgotten to order a drink for my child, they just turned around and gave me one. And they said don’t worry about it when I tried to pay for it because it would slow things down. Didn’t do it on purpose, but was very grateful for the generosity
the no entrance situation in to the store is total chaos. This location has a small parking lot and customers are only permitted to be served through the drive thru. They should allow a limited number of customers to enter the dining rm to cut down on the parking lot traffic
Excellent as always! Chickfila is the best
These days the quality of the food isn't worth the stress of dealing the drive thru. I find myself at a crossroads. They need to rethink their location / parking area
I can't believe the lousy service they give. I arrived at 9:59 pm today and they told me that they could not attend me because they no longer had a single chicken sandwich and I asked them to speak to the manager and she told me the same thing. and I know that they are lying because in what head the idea fits that they are not going to have a sandwich. I imagine they do it to take home the food they have left over (starving), especially their manager: SARA
