The employees are always pleasant, but I find that this specific Chick-Fil-A has been perpetually understaffed for years. The service is consistently slow, they very rarely have curbside pick-up options, and their delivery services are very limited. I am not sure if it’s a lack of employees or a management decision to not hire additional ones, but this Chick-Fil-A falls flat on quickness and speed compared to their local counterparts. This has been mine, and many others experience the past couple years — not a one or two time thing. Pleasant employees however!
Lines are so long at Liberia chck fil a I refuse to give them my business the damage control responses don't a pees me. There's much betr food options in Manassas w/o the wait. If you want my dollars don't apologize fix the wait time. I saw your profit margins u can afford more or better help. Stop making excuses and acting like you actually care. Understand?
The dining area inside is shut down and the parking lot traffic always spills out into the surrounding streets because it's so popular that they need traffic control in the parking lot guiding people in different directions usual of how your average customer lines up. Be glad when I can skip the ridiculous and long drive through lines when the inside opens back up in a few weeks.
The food was great however, the line was less than ideal. We were able to fit into the parking lot this time however, there were people getting blocked in by the cars that were in the drive thru lanes and there were people honking and having to wait a long time to get out. Something needs to be done to get the parking lot flowing a little better.
I don't know what is wrong with the management at this location but the service has been going down hill. Drive through is incredibly slow, the drive through employees are rude and always get my order wrong.I started ordering inside and it takes far too long to get the attention of the employees. Sometimes there's about 7 people all crammed in behind the counter, all of them will glance at you but will continue to ignore you and not take your order. My order is almost always wrong and there's always something missing. It's near impossible to contact them by phone because NOBODY ANSWERS. If you decide to go to this awful location double check and then triple check your order because I promise you, they definitely messed it up somehow
Worst place ever, manager always has attitude towards everyone and keeps embarrassing his team member, they don’t care about the team member. I asked this lady how’s working here and she said it sucks due to bad leadership, they put these people outside during cold weather. The food never comes out fresh, Fries always saggy and unsalted.
As always, exceptional customer service! Food is sooo delicious! Wait times can be an issue but that's only because they are so popular.
The quickness and kindness we experienced on a Friday night - with a tender grilled chicken fillet custom wrapped in lettuce and no bun - was close to heaven !!! Amazing! And literally no cars one minute, and a line started to form again. Lol
Reasonably good chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, etc. Nice chicken salad sandwiches too. Unfortunately nearly always a long, long line in drive thru, backed up through their parking lot & the lot of the plaza it’s in, up the entry road one into Liberia Avenue. Need to reopen indoor seating, which closed “temporarily” in early 2020, still closed in 2022. :-(
Always busy, and with good reason here -- the staff keep things humming along, and always seem to get the order right -- great place to stop in and feed the family while you're on the go --- just be prepared to weave in amongst all the other strip-mall traffic -- when the people want Chic-Fil-A, this place gets pretty thick pretty quickly!
