It had been a few years since I last visited a checkers, but today's visit left me thinking that the fries used to be more flavorful, I can't really complain about the bulk of the food bring prepared poorly, I'm sure this location made the food exactly as they should have, but checkers as a whole is just disappointing. I will say at the very least that it was enjoyable to eat outside in the fresh air.
They gave us COLD sandwiches! All saggy spicy chicken sandwiches were absolutely disgusting, when you are home and don’t want to go backto throw that disgusting meal andtell them how you feel about wasting your money and time.It was not like that before until new labor is hired to disgust customers.Check your bags before leaving with nasty food.
Chocolate ice cream shakes are the best I've ever had up to now. Fries are really good, and great hot dogs. A little spice to them.
The food is great for a fast food chain and their shakes are AMAZING!!!
My wife and I met here for a late lunch. We sat outside, food was fine. When we were ready to leave my drink was empty so I figured I would get a refill before I left. The manager said no refills that it would be the full price of a drink. This caught me off guard, but there was no way I was paying full price for a refill. Sonic is basically across the street half price drinks when you order on the app or heck mcdonalds is close by and their drinks are a dollar all the time. Checkers when did you get so cheap, soda is Inexpensive and a refill is an easy way to provide a positive experience for the customer. Full Disclosure: I was the assistant store manager for a Rallys store in college.
It's been over 10 years since I've lived near a checkers and I have to say, they're still serving great, fresh, and delicious burgers and fries.

I don't normally go to Checkers, but after seeing their ad five times one day on local TV, I decided to give it a try. Except they weren't honoring the promo. Strange, because one of the places I saw the ad was Channel 66, which broadcasts from Manassas. It will be a long time before I consider trying them again.
Went today and let me tell you, this is the 2nd time the food was absolutely horrible. The burgers had no toppings or sauces, and were overly dry. The mozzarella sticks were cold, and the fry’s were soggy. I gave them a second chance and was let down again.
I haven't tried any of their other food, but I've tried the buffalo wings on two different occasions. They came out crusty & dehydrated each time.
