There dont take the store offers and only show high cost Sandwiches
Drive up window cashier was not friendly. She didn't know anything about the App and how to post number for points
No coupons accepted in store. Had to download the app and place my order online. The burgers didn't have that flamed broiled taste. The onion rings were terrible, like fake food. The cashier stuck her fingers inside my cups as she passed them to me. She did not wear gloves.
I was really impressed with this location. I had the munchies late at night and expected the food just to be ok but everything was well made, hot, and the order was correct. Thanks!
This Burger King is soooo cheap! I ordered 2 chocolate milk shakes and see the pic of the one I got…vanilla with a hint of chocolate in it. When I asked for the proper amount of chocolate to be added they told me it was an extra charge! I tasted the one shake and it tasted like vanilla so they wanted to charge me full price for another one with the proper amount of chocolate! Never again will I go there. How are both of these chocolate?!
Food is fine. But every worker I encountered had attitude. Clearly they are not happy workers. I asked for napkins and they acted like I was interrupting them. No one wanted to be working it seemed or happy about having to take orders. Very rude
Im not normally one to complain but im having a bad day and this experience just made it worse. I come here all the time and normally the service here is not good anyway. Always asking for the receipts (probably because the cleared the ordered for their times to be good) but anyways not the point. I go thru the drive-thru and the lady on the speaker is rude. I asked for a shake and she said "NO" in a horrible tone and didnt even apologize at all. And then no one greeted me at the window or said anything until after 3 minutes of waiting hands me the bag and said thanks im so upset do better
Place was clean, service was friendly, but their menu wasn't showing all the options available, and the meals didn't come with any sauce (ketchup, mustard, etc). Not bad, but... I'm not in a rush to go back.
Some ladies at this place are pretty rude. Specially the ones at the second window. By the way, they need to better know the fries sizes.
Well, to begin with, they don't know what order it's the turn every now and then and they're asking you what you ordered, and they still give you your wrong burger, and lack of things you ask for, get home look what I ordered and the truth is I didn't want to eat that burger anymore, it wasn't what I wanted
