Friendly and knowledgeable employees.Every year or so it's a different crew though they are usually good.Last week went inside to use a coupon from a mail ad. The woman at the counter was nice and didn't make any problems with me using the coupon.Service is usually fast because they all work together.
I am very disappointed about the service I received from this particular Burger King. Not that the service wasn’t friendly, it was because my order was not accurate. I ordered a couple whopper jr’s, and repeated 3 times no cheese but yet they both had cheese on them, which for me is extremely disgusting, I hate their cheese. I actually had to throw my food away, and my wife tried to scrape hers off but didn’t finish her sandwich either. I would understand this issue if they were busy and had a lot of orders, but it was almost midnight and we were literally the only customers there and they still screwed up our order. BK people you need to step up or you will be gone, at least In Manassas.
Again , the front counter person did not have on gloves and stuck his fingers inside one of my cups. What is with these people that they stick their finger inside our cups and get an attitude when you ask for another? If they do this in front of you, what is going on when you can't see them? Burgers did not have that flamed flavor. We've decided not to go to Burger King anymore.
Pulled up to the first window to pay. Handed the employee at the window a gift card. Sat there for several minutes. I ended up pulling up to the second window. Within seconds he came to the second window saying they couldn’t take my gift card. I started asking questions because I didn’t understand why. He wasn’t explaining it clearly then got his supervisor. Supervisor was short and rude when I was trying again to ask why they couldn’t take my gift card. Afterwards found out their gift card machine was down and if we want to use them we needed to go to the other Burger King. Will NOT be back to this one.
worst experience ever. messed up my whole order, would not recommend going to this store.
Went through the drive through and Ordered a medium whopper meal on 03/06/2022 with a diet Dr pepper. When I got home The whopper was cold and looked like it had been thrown together; had NO fries and the Dr Pepper was regular not DIET. This BK used to be good but the food quality has gone way down. I'll think long and hard before eating at this restaurant again.
Food was very tasty. Was hot & freshly cooked not cold or old. Staff very pleasant & helpful. Prices reasonable. Dine-in permitted (very clean & neat), quick drive thru. Great location on 234 @ Rixlew. Safe, convenient parking lot.

I'll give it a 5 cause it wasn't me that went to burger kingl It was my car, my boyfriend had dropped his daughter, @ school and then picked up breakfast sandwich's! Yummy!!!
I love coming to this location. Great workers and fast service. Fresh food made on spot. They dont ever fail on my food.
