More of a 3.5. Third visit in 3-4 months, conveniently located for friend meet-up. Boneless wings, tots and adult beverages have all been good. I do wonder how the heck they stay open. It's never busy. Also, good luck not sitting in bar area. Normally I don't mind but it's CAVERNOUS and so freaking LOUD it can be hard to have a conversation.
Do yourself a favor, just don’t. I’ve decided never to visit the BWW again. They can’t even get the orders right and they always run out of bone in wings, yes a wing place out of wings! Order from Velocity wings, their wings a meatier but their sauces aren’t as tasteful, but it’s still better than dealing with the constant failures here. If you do order online, here’s some advice. Take a screenshot of your order, so when it is delivered wrong you can easily prove it was them. I have to do this every time now and end up getting a refund because of it. Tuesday is traditional wings B1G1 50% off, only traditional wings. When you get boneless and call they’ll say you ordered wrong. The receipt clearly says I ordered the B1G1 which doesn’t apply to boneless so how could I be wrong? That was the latest of a long list of horrors… needs new management and a lot of prayers.
This place is trash. I was given old guacamole with my nachos, my entire order was wrong, they barely gave us ranch. This was all carry out, so it’s not much we can do. My husband waited 45 minutes AFTER they already told him it would be out in a few minutes. You guys have been terrible for years. Get new management, because this is ridiculous. I don’t know how many times my food have come out wrong. Get it together, this is embarrassing.
They charged a fee for pickup! What is that! Delivery understandable. Tipping the waitstaff for dine -in understandable. Shame shame. Mandatory tip for picking up? My gas, my time, wear and tear on my vehicle, etc etc. to pay extra for picking up. We will be glad to patronize other wing joints from here on out.Update: Still waiting. Our order was supposed to be ready by 8:30. The email said it was ready at 8:30. 20 mins later we are still waiting. 5 people were ahead of us. The restaurant is nearly empty. 2 parties waiting for their order decided to walk out. Step your game up Buffalo Wild Wings! First time eating here. Due to negative reviews we have patronized other wing joints in Manassas. Against better judgment we chose them.Update: Portions were small for the cost but the food was really good. All of it. Maybe they were having a bad night. We'll give them another shot. Stay tuned for our last update, after that experience.

Fix your draft beer tap system, your stressing your employees, they are trying to give good service and cant because instead of beer its serving foam. Even when they do it correctly. And before any manager tries to say its the employees fault, its not, get it together. Its been like this for the longest time and your clients are just as annoyed as the employees. Ask the bars around you about they’re systems and why does it work and yours doesn’t :)… you’re lucky you have good employees.
Ordered appetizer and food together. Waited approximately 30 minutes and fiance got her food first. Waited another 10 minutes or so then the appetizer comes along with my food. All was cold except for fiancé food. Never received a refill nor where we asked in over an hour and a half. Worst experience ever at this particular location.
Is disgusting when you find a hair inside of the ranch sauce for to go, when I was already put some sauce on the top of the wings so I was unable to eat that. I dont wanna taste the sauce with a hair inside thats so disguating and I like to go to that location but after this I have to be becareful. I would like my money back. And my hair is light brown and this one that is inside of the sauce is black. And please make sure when they prepare the food they can use a cap or hat and cover the hair
Had a horrible time last night manager Ashley told me the kitchen and bar was closed after waiting 40 minutes on the bar side. While other people were eating and drinking. Finally another waiter came and took care of us. Food order was wrong twice. Felt like we were being picked on because we refused to except they were closed at 830pm.... Never again
