At Manassas VA Liberia ave Arby's, I had the delicious smoked brisket sandwich, the new crinkle fries and iced tea! Mom had the Reuben sandwich combo. Both were fresh & delicious. The restaurant decorum at this location is elegant. It looks like a cafe you might see at an international airport. I'm definitely a repeat customer! Colossians 3:23 tells us that "Whatever we do, work heartily as for the Lord and not just for man". Customer service at this Arby's location reminded me of this Bible verse because the food quality & customer service were totally on point!⛪??
Employee i spoke with was nice but I ordered 2 burgers with extra pickle got 1 burger and a plain roast beef. Didn't realize until I was home. They had NO ONE inside but me and 2 cars in the drive thru. Were too preoccupied hanging out and talking to eachother than taking care of customers. Absolutely ridiculous. Honestly wasn't worth my 17 dollars or the 9 miles I drove.
Arby's is the best of any fast food type restaurant.

very bad service ... bad customer service ... the lady at the checkout very bad attention ... there were flies on the site ... and the potatoes were not crispy ... they were watered down
This location is nothing more than a wait for disappointing food. I gave them two chances and each time either my food was cold or was bland. My fries are alwaysssssd soggy!! Like cook the fries to the specified timeframe!!! The roast beef looked rare. The ranch in the buffalo chicken tasted spoiled.Don’t waste your money if you actually enjoy tasting your food
Good food beyond just a burger. Menu changes on featured items. Efficient drive thru that seldom makes an error.
