Consistent and Pleasant service, Piping Hot food made to order, reasonable prices, good flavors, Just Chicken!, Awesome Drink Fountain for thousands of combinations, dining, take out or drive thru, expedient in all areas.
Terrible customer service and the food wasn't very good. I'm not sure if Zaxby's changed recipes or this store is doing something wrong, but it was a disappointment.
