Lynchburg store rocks!!!! Fast and efficient!!!!
DIDNT EVEN STAY FOR FOOD. The women in there seemed very sweet. However a male in the restaurant as we were walking up was shaking his head an hour and a half before closing. When we opened the door he started loudly saying “oh hell no” . The ladies were apologizing however that man should not be working in customer service at all. Sad because we frequent wing stop and my kids were excited.
This was our first trip ever to Wingstop and it was terrific! Cynthia greeted us immediately and helped us figure out a good order for our family. We spent $30 and had more than enough food to stuff the three of us, we even had to take about half of our fries home. The staff here are lovely and truly understand what the competition is missing, quality staff who understand how to make a customer feel welcome. The staff at this location are the best part of the experience we had today, and that's not a knock on the food it was delicious, the staff were just so willing and able to make our trip worthwhile that they were the MVPs. I only got Cynthia's name but there were about four staff total all of which were leagues beyond what you would find anywhere else on Ward's rd.Go in get some wings, meet the staff, leave fat and happy!
The food was mediocre the wings were dry I got a party pack. Now you would think as much money that I spent which was A few dollars off of $100 They would have not tried to charge me extra money for more sauce because the wings were dry Being that we came all the way from another town which is a hour + away they(Management) would of treated us better didn't make a big deal I didn't want the confrontation with kids etc. So yea I wouldn't recommend...
Food tastes ok but way overpriced for a fast food chain. Had boneless wings here which looked more like nuggets. When you are charging around $30 for a meal of 2, at least make sure you provide what you advertise.
Donna and her team are the best! They are continually clicking on all cylinders! The highlight of my week is usually fueled by my weekly stop here! Top notch professionalism, pleasant/friendly atmosphere and very clean location! They not only value each customer, they also make you feel like family with every visit! They have a forever customer in me. ??
Usually I don't normally give this poor of a review unless the place I'm leaving a review for deserves it (which is the case here). I understand the wait time but damn, the food better be what I ordered. I ordered a 12 pc. HAWAIIAN BONELESS chicken wings combo but instead I got a 12 pc. MANGO HABENERO chicken wings combo. The lady at the counter heard what I said and the to-go ticket said the same thing but thats what I got. Some people these days are so stupid I wonder why they apply to jobs in the fast food industry. Unless they change I'm not planning on changing the review.
I had a issue in the form of not receiving my 2nd bag. I didn't realize this as much placed a mobile order and picked up and went. 5 minutes down the road I received a call from the GM, Donna called me and the first words were "we didn't give you part of your order, wehrr can I meet you?" I was amazed she offered in 5 seconds. We met up and I was so appreciative. I hadn't reached my destination and was close enough for her. Thank you Donna.
The register apparently messed up so we had to order twice. The soda machine appeared to be out of almost everything so we asked them to fix that. A young man came out and fixed one but then politely told us that the coke appeared to have full cartridges so he didn't know how to fix it. We drank water even though we paid for the meal. It was quite a long wait for the food and when it came out my wife's wings were slathered in sauce even though she asked for it on the side. She wiped them off and ate them because the wait for new ones would have been so long. The bathroom had no hand towels and the hand dryer was not functioning.Overall, at over $15 (before tax) for 6 chicken wings, fries and a drink we never got I would say it was not a good value. Staff was polite and seemed to be working well but it was not a good experience for us.
First visit here. I was the only guest at noon. Ordered and was told about the 10 minute wait. I'm ok with that.No..one else came in.. and I started to wonder why..Had a double order of wings. So 8 wings fries and drink.The wings were just kinda tossed into a Styrofoam box separated by wax paper.The fries were definitely limp.Ok. So not great presentation.. no big deal.Flavor counts for alot.And it's not great. As far as cooking.. they were fine. Hot (temperatures) and would have liked a bit more crisp.. but ok. Just ok.The flavors I ordered were Korean spicy bbq.BBQ.. and habanero mango. (Fourth and second most spicy respectively)..I could not tell the difference.But were nice and sweet. Sticky. But my 7 year old would have loved them.No spice... at all. None.So for a sit down restaurant, getting served out of a brown paper grocery bag.. bad presentation. And unappealing sause.I'm not impressed.Lynchburg has a good wing racket.. stadium inn.. bww..this.. is not among them.Last time here.It's fundamental errors, not employees/cooks.Too bad.
