The parking lot is dirty and tricky to access because of poor visibility and misplaced signs. However, the employees are friendly and don't get in the way of shopping. The prices are a little higher here than the other Wal-Mart on Link's Road, but the location is more convenient.
Great shopping, terrible check out time. Not enough area at self check out, machine yelled at me and then I got flustered and dropped my items. NOT FUN.
Well this was the worse walmart I have visited I went to the bathroom and when I finished I wanted to do the normal thing we all should do before we leave wash our hands . I noticed the hand blower on the wall I tried to dry my hands there first it would not come on . I thought to myself let's look for some paper towels I looked over at two places where there should be some and said no way a employee walks in and tells me that is the best I was going to get what have we come to the health department should look into this look at the pictures and let me no what you think about this walmart
This is the Wal-mart I usually go to. I recently started using their pick-up service after only using a competitor since the pandemic began. However, the competition began making so many mistakes and the products were sometimes used and resold, so I tried Wal-mart and I was impressed. I told them I was there and in less than 4 minutes they arrived with all of my things. My order was correct, my items weren't damaged or used, and the employee was super nice. I will definitely shop online and pick-up again.
People don’t go to Walmart for the customer service. They go for the convenience and price. I am a retail manager and a customer and I have experienced all types of customer service. Let’s call it the good, the bad, and the ugly. Today, at Walmart of all places, I received the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Roland was a sales associate in the furniture department. He greeted my wife and I even though he was with another customer, and he assured us he would be right with us. Then he stopped by again to let us know he was getting a furniture dolly to help us. Then he waited with me and personally helped load the furniture into my truck. I can’t say I’m speechless, but I certainly can’t find enough good things to say about Roland. Kind, courteous, and helpful might be a good place to start. Give that man a raise!
The store had very limited stock. Super busy yet I couldn't find any help. Thankfully I found a cart with a ladder so I was able to climb up and retrieve the merchandise from the very top of shelf.Lines were so long they ran down the isles or into clothing section.. self check out was the same. I dont mind the wait especially if the store is stocked.Overall, I'll continue to shop at Walmart.. it isn't always a bad experience.. this visit just wasn't good.
Nice, clean and organized shelves. The staff was very pleasant and had great customer service. When I see these practices it tells you a lot about Management and having the passion for serving people.
Walmart is my go-to for both groceries and household items on a weekly basis. This particular store is most convenient because it is also close to Sam's Club (and the Sam's gas pumps) - easily accessed via conjoining parking lots.
