The bagels are fine and the iced coffee is surprisingly good, but EVERY time I get a cinnamon crunch bagel, it tastes like garlic! I don’t know if they sit next to savory bagels in the oven if the dough touches other bagels, but it’s so disappointing when you expect sweet and get savory. As much as I want to love the food, something is just off…also, the drive through always take much longer than I would want for “fast food”.

This place is amazing! They have a TON of different topping options for their bagels. I've been 5 times in the last 2 months and they deserve a Michelin star for the consistent quality of the food. They're also very affordable, very fast and there's never a long wait.Recommendation- a bacon, egg and cheese on a french toast bagel. Thank me later..

Finally got there before 2 to try out this new brunch spot! It was pretty full at lunchtime and very welcoming cozy seating! Ordered both egg and honey walnut cream cheese bagels. See pic below of very generous helping of Honey walnut cream cheese! Nice actual walnut chunks in it. Whole wheat everything bagel was very fresh, a bit salty but very nice chewy texture! Coffee was quite good very hot though not the strongest but much better than blue ridge. Liked the creamer selection. Would definitely go back to try more menu items. The flowers outside were a nice cheerful touch to greet you!

I really want to love this place, but more often than not they get my order wrong. I tried to be understanding when they were slammed but the last three times I went, all quiet, they screwed up my order, and I'm really tired of trying to give them another chance and inevitably being disappointed. When it's good it's really good, but majorly missing consistency. This is my very lackluster sandwich today, not much on it, and also missing cream cheese.

We were so excited to try this place, but we were overcharged even after questioning the price. We were charged $9 for a sandwich that should’ve been $7 (the Timberlake minus bacon, which should be $7). We were charged an extra $1 for the avocado which comes on the sandwich anyway and they didn’t honor their online price of making any sandwich vegetarian for $7. Unfortunately because we questioned it and were treated like we were in the wrong, we won’t be back to overpay by 20% again. We’ll be headed to Bacon Street Bagels downtown instead! Oh and please take the time to look at the sandwich I got for $9 and the “avocado” that we were charged $1 extra for. ?

my everything bagel was a bit salty and tasted smokey like it was burnt. did not open it to see if it was over toasted. we did take a variety home to try.

Great atmosphere. A casual feel like being at home. Delicious sandwiches and friendly staff.

Great bagels! Good coffee! Awesome atmosphere and very friendly service. Love The Bagel & I!

Ultimately I’m pretty disappointed in my experience with these guys. Our order was messed up and while they were nice and replaced the sandwich they made it incorrectly. There are only four ingredients on the sandwich so this is a bit surprisingThe bagels themselves are very good. Unfortunately the herbs on the chicken overpowered everything else. The ham hardly had any flavor, even when eaten separately. Such a letdown

Wonderful place! Clean, friendly and DELICIOUS !! Great location too .
